Sorry, but a former heroin addict has no business being the Secretary of Health and Human Services. And because of that conviction for being in possession of heroin in 1984, RFK Jr. is a convicted felon. Try applying for a job in the federal government as a convicted felon. See how far your application goes. Now, why should it be any different for the Secretary of a department?

Finally, nothing in RFK Jr.'s background remotely qualifies him to be the head of a governmental agency. This would seem like joke, if it wasn't Donald Trump's cabinet.

They are revoking Harvard's certification for the federal "Student and Exchange Visitor", which is run by Immigration and Customs Agency, who report to the president. The program certifies universities to accept foreign, non-immigrant students under the purview of ICE.

In other words, foreign students are... wait for it... foreign! And they have to be here under the purview of ICE. ICE certifies universities that show the willingness and capability to partner with ICE's oversight.

It would seem that ICE made requests from Harvard for criminal information about their foreign students, and ICE claims that Harvard refused to fully compluy. So, it would seem that ICE no longer considers Harvard willing/able to partner with their oversight. So, ICE is removing Harvard's certification for the program. So, Harvard can't take any more foreign, non-immigrant students.

And it's all within the Executive Branch.

Just admit it. You had no idea what was being revoked. You had no idea who was doing the revoking. You had no idea of the underlying issues as to why they were revoking. And you had no idea who the ones doing the revoking worked for.
