Completely outside Rogan to be honest "expert" has become a pretty squishy term to me. What's the actual criteria? Is merely considering oneself an expert enough? Is being considered an expert by X number of people sufficient? And even among those in a given field there can be vigorous or even outright hostile disagreement among those considered "experts".

I assume that means that he didn't think any of the 6 Apollo moon landings were real, and that Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin, Pete Conrad, Alan Bean, Alan Shepard, Edgar Mitchell, David Scott, James Irwin, Charles Duke, John Young, Jack Schmitt and Gene Cernan were all actors .... I haven't listened to Joe Rogan much, but just from this, it's not hard not to think of him as an idiot.

In vettable "hard evidence" fields I'd agree. Part of the problem is not all subjects really fit that criteria, or at least not very well. Then there's the old "Well, I'm certainly more an expert you/they/them are." take.

So what? The Democrats seem unable to offer up anyone capable right now, so it's not like it's because he's something much more qualified. It's even more laughable who he has surrounded himself with in this second term. The 🍿 value of it is slowly dissipating with each day

I'm not Trumper but I think he has done a decent job so far. As for the people that he nominated/hired, I feel like he wanted people that he could trust bc so many in Washington are out to get him.

Dude, a former heroin addict is the Secretary of Health and Human Services. RFK Jr. once boarded a commercial flight on his way to his drug rehab clinic, while in possession of heroin.

That would seem like it had to be a joke, if it wasn't Donald Trump's cabinet.

Harvard is a private school. There is no way that holds up in court. That is one of the most brazen acts of executive overreach that Trump has undertaken. No small statement.

I can't wait to read how the Trump faithful defends this.

You seem to want to judge them forever for their past. Someone else may paint them as stories of redemption and hope. The differences may have something to do with the level of mindless hate that is driving the perspectives in question.

RFK Jr. is pitiful. His past drug use may, or may not be, the cause of it. It's not judgemental, it's simply an observation that has merit. Regardless, he's not remotely qualified to be a cabinet member in that position. His performance this far is evident of that fact
