I mean I can’t think of many options left on the table that would be as impactful as JaKobi except for maybe Wilkinson (who signed elsewhere) or Boogie Fland (who is almost certainly going to demand insane NIL and is likely headed to Florida).

Those are the only top tier names I can really think of right now. Not sure Claude fits the bill of as impactful as JaKobi.

My 6.5 was I believe referencing the player TK is saying is expected to commit tomorrow, more of a depth piece, not some massive get. I don’t have a name on that one.

I sure hope so, because a lack of a final 4 could be our El Guapo. But the good thing is that wherever there is suffering, BTO, SF, and TK will be there.

At 12 currently, 1 tomorrow would technically be 13 and at the limit, but most think the roster is going to 15 in the next couple weeks, so who knows.

My read is that we have a mystery depth’ish piece locked up who will commit tomorrow and are pursuing the “game changer” piece whose status is promising for us but uncertain. That’s taken from a highlight reel of posts from the three amigos - SF, BTO and TK.

Does not seem to meet the Barnes callout up the thread. Don’t see him taking in a yawner.

Not even sure how you get signings before the roster rule clears, so official announcements of commitment tomorrow and rumored commitment during dead period seems weird unless they really switch to 15 soon.

I keep on saying minutes minutes minutes but with TWO adds + maybe Gainey to get to 15, I just don't see how the numbers shake out. Hurst will be grandfathered in so the 16 players isn't the problem, it's where do you find time for TWO new additions and, if both are guards, where do you find time for those PLUS Gainey and Abram.

***Massamba AND Evans both only getting token minutes, especially if you go more 3 guard to accommodate the names above???***

Frontcourt: Carey, Phillips, Okpara, Estrella

Removing Hurst, Boswell, Massamba, Evans, Brown, and Henderson still puts you at a ten man rotation which, I guess fine, but I don't see a world where Boswell/Massamba/Evans all just get no minutes.

I think everyone should remember that #1's occur practically everyday, but sometimes you have to wait a day or more for a good #2.
