i agree with the no. she’s not an upgrade from karen IMO. a good coach for sure, but i dont think she will ever have a team as good as this year. she has the best player in college softball with ellis.

whatever!!! She is a good recruiter and has more contacts out west and cali for sure!

Anyone that can teach fundamentals, base running, and holding players accountable. Will be an upgrade since Ralph left.

Well that was disappointing! Even though Karlyn gave up a slam, we should have been in the dugout. 6 unearned runs! Can’t believe she’s lost 5 games giving up no earned runs! Our hitting is simply depressing. We better figure something out by next Friday because our anemic offense can lose to anybody. Just gotta hope they all explode at once.

How dare Karen's Lady Vols win the regular season SEC title back to back in 2023-24. How dare she take the Lady Vols to Norman and Austin and beat both those juggernauts in series on the road. I would fire Karen rite now, I wouldn't wait til end of the season.

And what did those series wins in Norman and Austin produce?? That’s the baffling part of it all. Fielding errors, bats not getting it done. You’d think that as long as Karen has been coaching, defensive fundamentals would be automatic. I believe that the last pitcher to ever carry a team to a natty was Paige Parker but she had the defense and batters to back her up. We just don’t have it. I don’t know how much Karen works with the team on situational awareness as far as defense but she is the boss and has to be accountable at some point. Today’s game shouldn’t be a reason to let her go but one would have to believe it can’t continue if they want to hoist a natty.
