Today is the 5 year anniversary of my best friend's death from skin cancer. Was 50 years old. Left two teenage daughters behind and a grieving wife. Never would wear sunscreens and we played golf and went to many a UT game together. I have used sunscreens most of my adult life. I used to get on to him about it, but he always just shrugged his shoulders. Miss that dude badly. Maybe sunscreens can cause an issue too, but I figure the odds are better than undetected skin cancer that will kill you 100% of the time.

Sorry about your friend. My wife started making me go a couple of years ago, just to be safe. I fish a lot, go to Florida to fish several times a year. Started wearing sunshirts (what i call them), and a hat several years ago.

Found out that my grandmother passed away today. She was the greatest woman I have ever known and the matriarch of our family. She was 95 years old. Please keep my family in your prayers.

Even though Lady Vols went 2-2 last week they are still ranked #2 in Country right behind #1 Oklahoma....

That is eye opening, to say the least.

Need for approval is on same plane as drugs, or alcohol? Wow. You have to stay vigilant in this life. About the time you have it figured out. God opens your eyes, about .0001% more. As our humanness can only handle very little.
