Recruiting Football Talk VIII

Brooks is occasionally biased, because he covers UGA, but is genuinely the best college guy at breaking down play and play calling. He calls a spade a spade generally. He has a man crush on Sarkisian. So take his Texas breakdowns at a lower volume, but again, honest dude. Played ball - knows ball - teaches ball and if I understand even does sports photography. Talented guy.
My kinda nerd. He is a full on junkie.

I was going to let this one go, but I cannot. How about that none of us know what tf happened in December and to judge Heupel based upon a vibe is ridiculous.
He was trying to keep our starting QB that they'd set up as the cornerstone of out offense. If you go bring in another QB, you tip the balance to him leaving. If CJH had done that the same ignorant posters would be crying that CJH ran off our bell cow.

CJH played it straight the entire time.

Yeah, that sucked. Don't know what's up with those guys, it's like they're so disconnected, and you gotta be on your game against the Cubs. Both games were winnable.

But hats off to the Cubs, they're rolling. That's a hot offense.
We are two games ahead of where we were at this point last season. We are using bullpen games in April, rotating pitchers on and off the IL to rest their arms. We pitched Noah Davis who had an 8 ERA in the minors yesterday. 🤮

Wrong. The Walton heirs are worth a combined $432.4 billion as of Feb 2025, which dwarfs Elon Musk...and Elon has lost a lot of wealth since Feb 2025. The Waltons are the world's wealthiest family.
John Boy has definitely ditched the Model A for a Lambo. The Walton's fortune tuned when the Baldwin sisters left the "the Recipe" to John Boy. Some say he is the inspiration for Johnnie Walker.

Ben was the forgotten Walton son. It was all about John Boy and the younger brother...

That's made up BS.
Buddy we will have one of the best offensive lines in CFB this season. I think a lot of people are at least six months behind reality. Past performance is not an indicator of future results. The entire line has been revamped and upgraded. By November many will realize that.

The Waltons just don’t care to get too involved with Arkansas’ athletics. They have done their bit there and have focused their philanthropy elsewhere. Billionaires obsessed with college football are a dying breed. Most are happy to get their name on a building and leave it at that.
