I was wondering the same. I always had a feeling us choosing to pursue G Mac over Madden in high school could be a problem with the family down the road.

Seeing them both at UCLA makes me wonder now if that's when this relationship started to break down.

FWIW I believe getting the home state kid was the right call by Heup.

with our lack of portal action overall in football the last two cycles (with who've we lost to the portal) and this basketball portal, we're looking like we will most likely take a step back in both sports this coming season. We seem to be taking too long to make decisions/evaluate, while other schools are just pulling the trigger.

No, Hurry committed to Louisville today. The BYU WR is scheduled to come Saturday, IF, he makes it before committing elsewhere. Good chance we strike out (again) at WR
