The Deportation of Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia

The topic is domestic abuse. Thanks for playing.

Well, you’re wrong on that one too. A witness is not “hearsay”. Hearsay involves a third party.

Witness: yes, he hit me.
Hearsay: my cousin told me he hit her

Thanks for playing.

No trial, no testimony no opportunity to question the wife, no conviction. A random poster saying he beat his wife is hearsay.

Makes no difference to me how he got here. He was following the process after he got here. You're trying to right an old wrong with a much worse wrong. It's fkn stupid, causes chaos, and benefits nobody.

Removing gang members benefits everyone

Cool. You’re moving the goalposts. It’s not hearsay. It’s evident he’s an MS-13 member.

He needs to be returned, placed in front of a judge, and immediately redeported.
The point was and is that he hadn't been convicted of anything. He needs due process, as does everyone. If that shows he's deportable then he should be deported accordingly.

That would be illegal under the Laws of the United States.

He already had a deportation order, and he had an AEA order..... and it only takes one.

Why then did the Court of Appeals say he hadn't?

Because they took the position in the U.S.'s filing that it was done by mistake, the U.S. has clarified that it wasn't a mistake. He has a deportation order and he was determined to be an illegal further under AEA law.

He does not claim to have legal status in the U.S., there really is no controversy.

Given the numerous courts (clearly lacks due process) he’s been in front of, can you provide me the exact ruling you’re referencing?

The U.S. had a filing in which they said his removal was a mistake, the administration clarified it wasn't a mistake. He had a deportation order through immigration that he is illegal, and he was further determined through AEA to be an illegal.

Nobody nor the guy in question is disputing this... he's illegal.

See Stephen Miller interview.

There literally isn't any controversy, he's illegal... at this point the executive branch could hit him with a hellfire missile.

Huff and Nash both posted it a few pages back.
What did the SC have to say about him and why?

I have no interest in making your argument for you. If you’d like tell me, feel free. But spare me the quiz from the man who doesn’t know what hearsay means and then moves the goalposts when asked about it

The Supreme Court used the U.S. original position that it was a "mistake" or "administrative error", appeals is still using that filing. The U.S. government has clarified that it's not a "mistake", he was the right guy, sent to the right place. I have posted a stupified version for you in the video above.

As far as the rest, there is no controversy.... nobody claims he has legal status in the U.S. He could have left years ago, to wherever life carries him.

Kinda like how little conversation there is regarding the attack against Josh Shapiro.

Switch the sides of that argument and it would be on MSM daily for the next year.
Sitting Jewish Governor should garner more attention nationally. Just a few months ago he was potentially the face of the futures party. Now, domestic terrorism act at his house can’t crack the news cycle.
