Like idgaf... I was pretty down when we lost to Houston because I thought next year would be a down year since we were losing so much. Coach Barnes has shown he can go to the portal and get guys, but it was was really just one or two at most to add to our core of players that were returning... and the thing is three guys would be coming from P5 schools that were ranked last year and not some Mid-Major where it's a gamble like with Dubar, Igor, etc.

He has to replace so many this year that I didn't see that it'd be possible, but he might possibly prove me wrong!

Could go either way with Freeman or Carey for the last starting spot, but I give the slight edge to Freeman imo. I think both are underrated in the portal rankings, but Freeman is highly underrated.

Yarborough was #1 overall by some services. That was nearly 30 years ago tho. I definitely think Ament is a better player It was a diff game back then

It'd def be a topic for discussion all summer, but I'd give the slight edge to Carey starting over Freeman because of the experience he has, especially in the SEC.
