A stickler for capitalization of the word itself without giving AF if it's actually followed by the government. Youre a ghoul. People with lawful status in our country are being taken to El Salvador and being possibly killed by that government with Trump's blessing. And now he says he wants to do it to US citizens too and youre cool with that? I do handwring about evil in the world as any good person would. Youre living proof that evil exists.

She's doing a great job considering what she was hired to do. She's kind of amazing. Her job is to lie, misinform, defend bad behavior, deflect, hold mutually exclusive positions, never concede anything, and she's doing all of that with a smile on her face. The job is to have no values other than Trump is right about everything.

At this point the facts are meaningless, meaning Trump could say he ordered them to do whatever and there is nothing the court can do as the President has immunity for official acts. They guy should have been removed.
Even his request for them to clear the contempt makes no sense, as the most they could do is telling him we have no ability to comply even if we wanted to let a criminal back in the country. They could simply say, we do not believe there was a valid written order, even if it was a valid written order - we did not violate it, and we have no ability to do anything else because bringing a known criminal back into the country is against the law and we don't have jurisdiction or custody anyway.

He's just begging to get removed from the bench by Congress for behavior unbecoming, or whatever the language is.

The SCOTUS basically said, "You never had the authority to start this. Cut it out."|
He said, "But I did start it, so I'm going all in. If the DoJ won't hear this and find themselves guilty, I'll appoint someone who will."

Yup. Its cute, he doesn't have authority but to cure the contempt you have to comply with my authority.

The government can just tell him that, Trump ultimately ordered the deportations and he says to STFU. 😂

A judge once told me, "don't be cute". In this case, the judge is asking for it big time i.e. cute.... he is literally begging Congress to remove him.

we have extradition rights with El Salvador. not sure what that process is, but there is one to bring a criminal back into the states to face the charges here.

now I have no idea if this judge can order that extradition, or how it works out, but there absolutely is a way to bring a known criminal back into the country from somewhere outside the US.
