It was correct that he was deported. He apparently should not have been sent to El Salvador (his home country), yet there he resides. Despite the actions of Biden’s administration, our federal government is not a travel agent. We also can’t force another country to release its own citizen.

the mahmoud guy is a perfect example. the government was going to deport him before he ever made it in front of a judge. a family member was able to get a judge to stop it. only because of the stay did Mahmoud get a day in a different court with the jurisdiction to rule he could be deported. he lost, but he lost in his day in court. the government was trying to skip the court. I don't care about the end result as much as I care about the procedure and the precedence it sets.

So terrorists means undocumented persons, green card holders, US citizens with criminal records...... and the list seems to be growing. Maybe soon it will be your neighbor who speaks ill of Trump. But sure, it's all TDS and butthurt to show concern over the president talking about moving US citizens to black sites off of US soil without any option for court interference or oversight. Support it if you like it but don't pretend to be a patriot or lover of American ideals because you're anything but.

The folks that have worked to destroy the Constitution, yeah I capitalized it, for decades are now concerned. It’s ironically sad and pathetic.
