He's been in office 9 days! He's done more for Americans in those 9 days than Joe Biden did in 4 years. So he ended birthright citizenship which goes against the Constitution, pardoned criminals, ended DEI in govt, took some peoples security clearance, and deported radicals. And that's what you're celebrating?
I fail to see how any of that does anything to help the problems facing average Americans. Inflation, grocery prices, housing being unaffordable, cheap gas.....where is all that ?
We all (I think…) want to see an end to the war, no matter how it comes about. Human lives are being torn apart. Maybe if Trump didn’t talk like a braggadocios mob boss, he wouldn’t paint himself into corners with undeliverable promises. This one, failed. It’s been beat to death. Most generally agree with your statement. He spoke in an absolute and that time has past. If he dies wind up ending it it’s still a big win but not the initial one he stated. But regardless anyone trying to say “yeah but you didn’t end it on day one” will look like an idiot. So broke right now with possibly flipping later.
Yes, she was clearly wrong for a number of reasons but people don't care because she's attacking the libs. It wouldn't be a debate if people didn't get defensiveKeep trying to sell it I guess. The exchange in the presser was clear. And nobody brought up expired visas. Congrats on winning a debate nobody was having but you I guess?
The fact that pointing out that someone is factually wrong is viewed as "carrying water" is why everyone is so stupid now. Football forum conversations where you're either a homer for one side or a "NegaVol" have bled over into every aspect of lifeGood luck carrying that water on this I guess. Pace yourself it’s four years and this was presser number 1!
Oh I realize that’s your stance. Again the context was clear in the exchange of the presser. And yes you are playing a specific case. I stand pat in my statement. So yes if this is your stance for the next four years be sure to keep a weight lifting belt handy and pace yourself. The fact that pointing out that someone is factually wrong is viewed as "carrying water" is why everyone is so stupid now. Football forum conversations where you're either a homer for one side or a "NegaVol" have bled over into every aspect of life
Well if we are going to be pedantic let’s examine the usage of the term immigrant as applied to somebody here on a temporary visa and have overstayed their temporary visit approval? That is a fact also I’d guess? I mean… if we want to get all pedantic and parse words and allYes, the question of how many have criminal records is very clear and "all of them" is both wrong and a cop out. That's not a "stance," it's a fact
This is my point about homerism, she said something that just isn't true to dodge a question and you're twisting yourself into a pretzel to justify it. If 25% have a criminal record or whatever the number is then she could just say that, there shouldn't be any reason to hide and dodge the question if you think what you're doing is right regardlessWell if we are going to be pedantic let’s examine the usage of the term immigrant as applied to somebody here on a temporary visa and have overstayed their temporary visit approval? Definition of IMMIGRANT
one that immigrates: such as; a person who comes to a country to take up permanent residence; a plant or animal that becomes established in an area where it was previously unknown… See the full definitionwww.merriam-webster.com
Pardon me while I bust my side laughing at the irony of your last sentence. This is my point about homerism, she said something that just isn't true to dodge a question and you're twisting yourself into a pretzel to justify it
If you believe that every undocumented immigrant has good reason to be deported then there's no reason whatsoever that it would be a "loaded question." Good effort though, maybe you'll be able to grasp at another straw to pretend wrong is right in order to argue some morePardon me while I bust my side laughing at the irony of your last sentence.
What took place in the presser and is being extended now was she was given a loaded question related to the specific actions of the ICE actions. Then the internet legal warriors (that’s you BTW) start the parsing. It’s just an attempt to attack the credibility of the actions. Thus me saying pace yourself as this was presser 1. And while you’re at it go revisit where illegal immigration was on the concerns list in the last election and I believe I heard just yesterday it’s still a 55% majority of the population supporting deporting them. Like you said good talk!
LMAO nice play Mr DanthIf you believe that every undocumented immigrant has good reason to be deported then there's no reason whatsoever that it would be a "loaded question." Good effort though, maybe you'll be able to grasp at another straw to pretend wrong is right in order to argue some more
Lol what? You keep changing topics every other post because you can't handle the notion that the person who said "illegally breaking the laws" didn't know what she was talking about.LMAO nice play Mr Danth
Nice movement of the goal posts in your parting shot too.
They quite literally are, lol. I would say "look it up" but you didn't do so well with that last timeAn over stayed visa isn’t an undocumented immigrant. Words matter Mr Danth!
Oh Good Lord lol. You are still winning and argument nobody is having but you. Congrats Mr Danth have a good evening I’m going to bed!Lol what? You keep changing topics every other post because you can't handle the notion that the person who said "illegally breaking the laws" didn't know what she was talking about.

nOt An UnDoCuMeNtEd ImMiGrAnTAn over stayed visa isn’t an undocumented immigrant.
Most unauthorized residents either entered the United States without inspection or were admitted temporarily and stayed past the date they were required to leave.
We define the term “undocumented” broadly to include all immigrants who reside in the United States without legal status.
Undocumented immigrants, also called illegal aliens, are foreign-born people who do not possess a valid visa or other immigration documentation, because they entered the U.S. without inspection, stayed longer than their temporary visa permitted, or otherwise violated the terms under which they were admitted.
Undocumented immigrants are individuals who have either illegally entered the United States without inspection, or legally entered the United States with valid nonimmigrant visas but those visas have expired.
Illegal immigration is the migration of people into a country in violation of that country's immigration laws, or the continuous residence in a country without the legal right to do so.
Undocumented immigrants are sometimes called illegal aliens. If you either remain in the U.S. beyond the limits of your authorized period of stay, or if you entered the U.S. without permission, you are an undocumented immigrant or an illegal alien.
The above was your argument, it was just a bad one. I don't blame you for dropping itYou are still winning and argument nobody is having but you.
I never looked up the technical definition of “undocumented immigrant” in any of this and all I can say is that is the stupidest and broadest definition I’ve read in a while.nOt An UnDoCuMeNtEd ImMiGrAnT

The above was your argument, it was just a bad one. I don't blame you for dropping it
I stated my case. A visa is a legal immigration means. That isn’t my argument. Their status changed after legal entry. That isn’t my argument.Other than people like you actively misrepresenting illegal immigrant status, meaning immigrants here in the US not via legal immigration means, absolutely nobody is doing that.
This hot take is as stupid as the attempted loaded question at the WH presser today that landed with a thud. As the press secretary said if immigrants are here illegally they are by definition criminals.
i have always understood that being born in the US, outside of the known exceptions, conferred citizenship. However, Wong may not be as definitive as precedent as many hold it to be. Wong’s parents were here legally when he was born, while an illegal border crosser is not. I.e., while they are subject to the laws while here, their legal status is questionable. I think we all agree this is headed to SCOTUS.Exactly .... and I don't have a problem with stopping this anchor baby crap. It will just have to be done with a Constitutional Amendment. An executive order won't suffice. The wording of the 14th Amendment is really not vague at all, when applied in the appropriate context of it's precedent (United States v. Wong Kim Ark 1898).
He moves goalposts so often they are mounted on wheeled dollies for convenience. No need since I’m not playing pedantic games trying to sell someone who was here legally and then overstayed to the over whelming majority that are just bypassing the immigration system and coming illegally. Thanks for playing.
