I didnt know the AC130 gunships had a 105mm cannon that could hit targets 15km away?!? I knew about the 30mm chainguns and miniguns(modern Gatling). I had also never seen footage from the ground looking up at the business end of these weapons. Good grief man! Might actually be worse than looking up to see an A10 coming...I watched this 3 or 4 times already
I think they are taking them off some of the AC130s. I forget the exact amount but when they fire that it kicks the back of the plane a couple feet over. and there was something basic they can't do while firing it, it might have been turning a certain direction, angled a certain amount, or maybe even just flying straight.
Had the same experience in AZ about 6 years ago. I had to look up Cafe Americano to see what it was. Apparently, it's basically watered-down espresso. It became a thing in WWII when American soldiers in Europe wanted coffee and they apparently only had espresso.Went to new Dutch Bros for a coffee this morning, and they dont sell drip coffee..like what the heck..no I dont want your Americano or whatever.

The current versions don’t. At least not the active duty ones out of Hurlburt. The guard/reserves used to operate out of Duke (no idea if those units are still active or not) and they normally had the prior load out. The last one I remember having the 105 was the U model. The rest of the load out was a 40mm Bofors and dual 20 mm 6 barrel Gatlings. The 20’s were later removed I believe as they were not very effective at range.
Edit: just watched the video. I am pretty sure the 105 was taken off of the active duty units aircraft and I think they replaced it with missiles.
I just finished episode 4. I'll finish it tonight. It has been fantastic so far. I hope they make a Season 2.![]()
Netflix’s 'American Primeval' Could Get a Season 2 — On One Condition
There's still ground left to cover.www.cosmopolitan.com
Sounds pretty optimistic about 2nd season of American Primeval. Its #1 on netflix now, so demand and $$$ likely to be high for a reprisal. There are spoilers in that article though so dont read it if you havent watched the show.
I’m sorry you’re having to go through this. Thanks! I’m doing okay, that is until Dad asks where he is and I have explain it to him again and he wails and cries, then I have some trouble coping. My brother and I tried to take care of Dad together, it’s a struggle without him and his big heart and his patience. Dementia is such a cruel disease. I’d much rather go out like my Mother and Brother did.
Sounds like the appraiser is incompetent to me…… and what is the definition of a “finished ceiling”?We had a pre-listing appraisal done on our house to get an idea of where we should list, it's real hard to find comps in our area because there just hasn't been much on the market the last several years. So appraiser came and reduced our square footage by almost 1200 sqft. Says we can't count the finished basement because it doesn't have a finished ceiling, lenders won't accept the space in the square footage. We took out the ugly drop ceiling and painted everything matte black, put in shinny duct work and piping to give it an industrial look.
Has anyone ever heard of such crap, can't count a finished basement with a bedroom, bathroom and fireplace in the square footage because it doesn't have a finished ceiling?
Years ago in Houston we hired a new office administrator who was an immigrant from Ukraine. She always sent me email..in ALL CAPS..AP said in plain English on the radio today that there ARE NO MORE OFF THE FIELD COACHES/ANALYSTS. Coach Chop and others are now allowed on the field, and Chop is out recruiting right now. Chop is an on the field coach now.
I see posts all the time here about Chop getting an on field position. Apparently as of 2024 season he has an on field position. They did away with that restriction. Also said he thinks its 50/50 whether Ekeler stays or goes, neither would surprise him. AP said that dont assume Ekeler is leaving just because he isnt out on the road recruiting. Anybody can go now, but there are limits to how many people can go out .
This is on the show with Ramon and Kayla from today. I listened on youtube
Edit: read this post and it seems like i was being a d!ck. Caps were for emphasis, and surprise. I thought Chop was still an off field analyst too. AP says thats not the case though. Not trying to be a Dbag. If italics were a keystroke away like caps are...i would use them all the time for emphasis
Never heard of this.
