I don't seek those types of investments much anymore. That was kind of a 1-off deal for me. Don't want the hassle of it. That's why I asked. I could always be coaxed to venturing back into it for the right deal. That's why you need to let me know if you ever need a partner on a couple of them, but only if we're paying cash for them. Have to agree. Trump's misconduct towards women is ubiquitous and more examples would not surprise anyone and would not cause any of his army to turn.
