2024 Presidential Race

So we can’t call a black person lazy. It’s a racist attack. Doesn’t really matter if they are lazy. Or if they aren’t lazy. - The AP
The AP's anti-racist or whatever guidelines ready like a parody skit. I always laugh when people say "I get my news from the AP, which isn't biased".

I know you don't read stuff but this analysis includes the hypothetical effect of tariffs. Without the tariff analysis all income groups is a tax cut.
Yeah, and UT would have some nice victories if you throw out some bad quarters. But that's not how the game is played.

Trump has said he pays for his tax cuts with tariffs. They're a package.

But nice try love. Read more. 😘

"Trump, the Republican nominee, has also called for an end to income tax on tips and Social Security benefits. Overtime pay would also be protected from federal taxes, and the former president recently said he'd consider tax exemptions for public service workers like police officers and firefighters along with members of the military.

The former president said tariffs would compensate for the lost revenue from the tax cuts, but according to CNBC, Trump's tariffs would only raise $3.8 trillion over 10 years, while the income taxes are predicted to generate $33 trillion."

It's hitting the white collars now but from what I'm hearing it will trickle down, automating the hubs is reducing the need for handlers.
Yes you are correct on that. Smart Hubs will mean UPS needs less part timers to do the job as far as sorting pkgs.

Meet the New York Times Source Who Claims Kamala Harris’s Late Mother Told Her That Her Daughter Worked at McDonald's. She’s a Harris Campaign Surrogate Who’s Visited the White House.

A New York Times report on Sunday that equated skepticism about Vice President Kamala Harris’s claim to have worked at McDonald’s with birtherism was based in large part on a source—a friend of Harris’s—who said that Harris’s late mother told her about the job.

Meet Wanda Kagan, Harris’s high school classmate and longtime girlfriend, whom the Times described as "a close friend of Ms. Harris’s when they attended high school together in Montreal." Kagan, per the Times, "said that Ms. Harris’s mother, who died in 2009, had told Ms. Kagan about the summer job years ago."

What the Times did not tell its readers is that Kagan is a full-throated Harris supporter who has appeared alongside the vice president at several campaign events. She also served as a surrogate for her old friend on television during the Democratic National Convention.

Maybe she worked at McDowells and got them confused? She ain't that bright...

Y'all get ready for Christmas time that's coming up real quick.
I'm glad I never worked for UPS or Fed Ex at that time of year.
I think it’s actually easier during this time. UPS puts on plenty of routes.

They hire seasonal drivers then kick them to the curb after Christmas.

Nobody is allowed off from Thanksgiving to Christmas so there is lots of help

After Christmas rush sucks. About February it starts to slow down. They cut routes so that means you have a bigger area to cover delivering which means it takes longer to get done. Plus they start nic picking everything we do

Ever going to look at driving feeder trucks?

Long time friend and went to school together, but the mom (dead and can’t confirm story) had to tell the friend she worked at McDonalds.

Believe All Women: Feminist Celebrities Silent on Emhoff Accusations

Hollywood celebrities were instrumental in weaponizing the #MeToo movement against conservatives. Who can forget Alyssa Milano sitting in judgement of Brett Kavanaugh? Or The View hosts providing an endless platform for E. Jean Carroll to assail former President Donald Trump? But when it comes to fellow Democrats, the stars are fond of looking the other way — think: Bill Clinton, Joe Biden, and Andrew Cuomo.

No…. I’m a Physical Therapist/ Director of Rehab. There has already been two meltdowns by a couple of liberal employees of mine. One screamed at me for 30 minutes and I couldn’t get her to calm down. They won’t be able to handle it if Trump wins. I can’t begin to fathom what that day will be like. There are some pretty heavy Trumpers in the building I work in but I haven’t seen the same kind of emotional reactions from them.
Mark Halperin, no right winger for sure, said it would be the biggest mental health crisis in our nations history..
