I don't necessarily find anything inherently negatively socialist in the taxes themselves. at least those necessary for functioning of the government as described in the Constitution.
its the spending where negative socialism raises its ugly little head. especially any spending that goes beyond our budget, that is just socializing national debt.
both will spend the same money we don't have. on programs not required in our Constitution. both are objectively worse than we are today. the only argument you have is "Yes Trump will be objectively worse, but he will be better than Kamala". you completely forget the first part. the way voting works in this country you are only voting for the first part of that statement, not the second.
as I said, I want actually better, not "maybe not as bad as the other guy/girl".
