I’ve been wrong and could be wrong and could be wrong about this…but I think Alabama fans are going to get a heavy wake up call over the next few seasons. They’ll still be good. 10-2, 9-3 kind of good. The dominance of the Saban era is over, though. DeBoer doesn’t own the SEC officiating office, so the rigged nature of Bama games will largely be over

I think you’re right. They could win 9 or 10 each year and it won’t be enough. Saban was a robot that focused on minutiae and that helped them win games. He was the best developer and the best game day coach. He also had a cheating framework that brought him the best talent. Now they don’t have those advantages anymore.

Just because I’m a worry type of person.

Anyone think Sampson sits out for the draft if we make the playoffs? Not just him, but whoever else is draft eligible.

No chance.

I could see guys sitting out non-playoff bowl games if they are guaranteed 1st-2nd round picks.

Jourdain Thomas is a JR but since he RS this year he will have 2 years left. Everybody else true Sophomores.

I put at least a portion of the blame for sampson's fumble on kitselman. what was dude doing just casually jogging down the field? play develops completely differently if he gets downfield and blocks. hell, sampson may have even housed it...it was a beautiful play call.

Said the same thing live. He just stopped and Samp ran right pass him.
