In medical school, I found that I really liked running wind sprints.Used to run the fields at ETSU, for fun. I know that's surprising. It's good exercise.
Used to even run baselines on basketball court, in my 30's .
Cmon Heard, you're only young once!
Get up! 5 miles up! 5 miles down!!View attachment 687857

love itIn medical school, I found that I really liked running wind sprints.
I did 60 meters in a full out sprint, walk back and repeat until
I sprinted a full mile. I did that every other day. On my non sprint days I would lift weights.
We played 5 x 5 full court basketball with single point baskets to 21. Winners stayed on the court.
Once I started my sprint workout, I could catch almost anyone on a breakaway. It’s so much fun being the villain![]()
DJ Qualls dancing, the "kill a cheetah" line, and them jumping that car, is all I can remember about that movie. The funniest part of Road Trip is when they stop in Knoxville at UT and it turns out to be an all black fraternity and it had the guys thrown off. But the handshake to get in still worked!
