Recruiting Football Talk VIII

Gridscape was before Volnation….
It’s where we all learned about Memphis recruiting and Logan Young
I wonder how many posters from Gridscape are on VN now. I was there with the same handle but almost never posted. LWS posts on the football forum on occasion. I think NighthawkVol has said he was GregAmsler over there. I’m sure there are a lot more of us who have been living this Vol message board life for more than a quarter of century.

It absolutely happened and the crooked NCAA and national media suppressed it. If you recall, the media completely blew up over the Michigan/Stallions story for days and days. As soon as the evidence of the Tenn came out (Stallions bought his usual spot tickets for our Kentucky game, and the wristbands were discovered on the broadcast video with commentary) the mecia frenzy stopped on a dime.

The NCAA and the CFP deliberately stalling and covering for Michigan undermined the integrity of the 2023 CFP. Indisputable. Deliberately suppressing the evidence from the previous year apparently was a coverup of the fact that the integrity of the 2022 playoff was also violated. 2022 needs an asterisk. 2023 should be vacated.
Bottom line is Michigan's title was illegitimate and Harbaugh is a slimey fraud. NCAA deemed the scandal too embarrassing to do the right thing. The sudden acceptance of in helmet coms is because of UM and their racket. Expect UM to hire a radio specialist as an assistant. The Deep State and corruption is everywhere.

Sorry to have gotten on this cholesterol/Alzeimer’s tangent. Just trying to pass on some things I’ve learned and have experienced myself.

I have worked in the healthcare industry for 35 years. There are many, many wonderful things about modern healthcare and there are many, many bad things concerning modern healthcare.

The beginning of June, I started hitting the gym and eating completely different. Started taking several natural supplements. Started grocery shopping on the outside areas of the store. I’m 54 and have lost 8% body fat and am gaining crazy strength and haven’t felt this good mentally in years.

I went off my statin and will soon be coming off my blood pressure medication. I will soon be coming off of my head meds. Bottom line, some specific lifestyle changes can make all the difference.
What is a good way to raise good cholesterol?

Alright - first day with LM powder in my coffee. Doesn’t dissolve as well as collagen proteins, so that last drink is a little earthy, but otherwise no problem.
fp, what dosage are you using, if you dont mind me asking?

For someone 47 yrs old, in the gym 5 days a week and losing weight, what does the board suggest as far as dosage, MG, etc?
