Couldn't happen to a better guy. Hendo Cinco is probably going to end up being owed a huge debt by the Vols program and fans for staying when Heupel was hired and being the best competitor he can be since.

He was absolutely crucial to Heupel's early succes (as Heupel was for Hendon's). We would likely not be nearly as far along as a program if Hendon had transferred when he didn't win the job over Milton. I don't think our roster would be nearly as good without the 2022 wins over UF, Pitt, Bama, and LSU and we probably don't win those with Joe.

I do credit Joe for smashing Clemson in the Orange Bowl which was also huge and for having enough success in 2023 to keep momentum going. That showed elite recruits our program's potential, our likely floor under Heupel and the passion for winning among Vols fans.

Hendon's success is a big reason we have a lot of talent surrounding Nico for his first season running the show and have greatly diminished the talent gap between us and the top programs, have a great 2025 class and are stacking elite talent in future classes.

It's almost like it was meant to be, but CJH seems like a guy that makes his own luck.

I couldn't imagine anyone else playing Buford T. Justice but Jackie Gleason. That's one of my top 5 favorite movie characters of all time. Whoever picked him for that role, nailed it.

Friendly reminder the Vols are national champions in baseball.

I remember somebody making a thread asking in which sport do you think TN will win a NC in first: baseball, basketball or football. I may be mistaken but I think the majority picked baseball.

What??? No Tod and Kim since we beat Clemson, I thought they were hiding out in Glitch’s bushes. He’s always seemed to be that person that hides people that likes losing.

I didn't realize @TN-POSSUM was talking about the table top and the arms of the chairs. The answer there is wiping them with a damp cloth.

But my primary take is: it makes for a happy life to defer to the decorator-in-chief. I thought everyone learned that from "I Dream of Jeanie."

I think @Glitch had to have them removed. Because Tod was always staggering about the neighborhood toasted, and Kim kept trying to get Glitch into her bush.

It’s like syrup sometimes. I tried paleo for quite a while and it helped my stomach problems. I later drank some Coke and could barely stomach it. Just too sweet. Your tastebuds can change quickly for sure.

*the point is ...... we would've used the light colored outdoor furniture that I wanted, a lot more than the black furniture that "we" bought. We've got light colored rocking chairs on the front porch and they get used multiple times a month. We've not even had the cushions out for the black furniture this summer. Nobody wants that pain.


Happy wife, happy life.... SMH. If both husband and wife ain't equally happy, then one of them is doing something wrong. We've been married almost 23 years, so we've learned to compromise with each other, a lot. Henpecked ain't no way to live.

They are a QB away still IMO. Just hope they don’t fall for Prime’s BS or the goof ball in Athens. Be nice if the can wait it out for Nico, but that means the current staff would be fired by then so idk. Mayo boy is a fraud, saw it up close and personal in college.

If they were smart, they would trade mayo for Hooker. Imagine the increased fan support for that move alone…

More about finger, uh.... circumference.....pretty sure the word that starts with a G and sounds like Birth will get my post deleted.

For real though, my FIL was able to have his done in conjunction with a necessary operation that he had to go under for. I'm early 40's and trying to hold off for that option to arise or a tiny lady doctor with a hand/fingers the size of the guy in Scary Movie 2 with the tiny hand.

Edit: Actually, upon further review the fingers are still too large. Just glad I'm not one of @OGbabyaviVol 's horses that gets half the damn arm....
