I hear the Titans are looking for TEsCowboys cut Princeton Fant. I blame @knoxvol52 .
It’s the BodPod. The Army uses that as well. There is a way for BMI to be measured, apparently very accurately, in some kinded of pod. Now that the media has thoughly disseminated the rare case of extremely mismeasurement as a general rule, it seems like 10 minutes in a pod should be part of an annual physical. Inexpensive compared to other tests and scans. Tell the people "It's science."
Similar experience when I was 4 or 5. Walked right past the warmup circle and took a bat to the forehead. Immediate blood pouring down over my eyes was all I could see as I fell backwards on the ground, like dying in Goldeneye. Entire forehead stitched up at the ER.I took a ball to the nose in HS. Wasn't 90, but was a hard throw from third to first. Immediately dropped to my knees, face in hands. Blood poured from my hands when I dropped them 15 seconds later. Wasn't pretty. Nose was never the same. No fun.
Unfortunately they're in the SEC...and still salty talking shiz about baseball, so hell no.![]()
O'Gara: Why most college football fans should be rooting for Texas A&M to beat Notre Dame
Saturday night in College Station should have more than just the 12th Man on its side.www.saturdaydownsouth.com
Innnteresting angle. Root for A&M to keep ND from the playoff because ND's schedule is so weak.
Definitely a vicious cycle. Too tired because of the last 24 hours of decisions, then it keeps going. Have definitely been in that trap.Combine that with people being overweight and sedentary. And sitting for 10+ hours a day and that's only counting the daily commute + time in the office. Then people go home and immediately sit on the couch until they go to bed because they're too exhausted to do anything else. The modern lifestyle is quite literally toxic to our health.
99% of the time I am driving...it's my life and my business.Only devils advocate statement I'm going to make is this:
If there are other passengers in a car, you've become a human-sized projectile if you are not buckled. Passengers have been severely injured and killed by other passengers who weren't buckled. So in that scenario it isn't just a personal decision.
Additionally, if there is an accident that should've been a minor incident and someone has a severe injury or death due to not being buckled - that increases the punishment for the driver at fault IF not wearing a seatbelt isn't illegal. In the least there's more court requirements to argue and prove the outcome wouldn't have been as bad had they used the safety equipment but that won't change the effect it will have on someone for their involvement in the wreck.
so I see both sides to the argumemt. At the end of the day, nobody riding in my vehicle unbuckled unless we aren't on the road. And I prefer not to ride in a vehicle with other's unbuckled because I don't want to be domed by a 200lb crash test dummy.
Is that why my protein powder has 28% DV of cholestrol in it?Dietary and serum cholesterol are entirely different things.
The dirty little secret of cholesterol is that while lowering it does correlate to reductions in mortality due to heart issues, that's only true to a point, and lowering it beyond that point correlates to increased mortality due to a whole host of other issues...chief among them brain issues. Cholesterol is a material the body uses to repair and protect from certain types of damage. Cholesterol itself isn't a problem, but it is highly correlated to systemic inflammation, which is a problem. But western medicine in general, and Big Pharma in specific, do love a number they can sell you a medicine to control.
MilksopWW Rafting is a very dangerous thing. Even with helmets, river socks, and PFD seemed like someone drowns each year on the Nolichucky. Heck, grown ass men and women drown in Boone Lake, with no current.
Personally for me, I see a youth group not going WW Rafting. But there's also nuance to it.
Who is the company? What is the river? How many kids?
Right now, unless there's a dam release you'd probably be pushing the raft. Frankly, at these levels, you'd be better in a tube, floating the Little River.
Low water is dangerous because you can get caught easier. Normally where water would carry you over a keeper area, now you're in it.
End rant.
Heard that. I got thrown out a raft down into the table saw on the Ocoee. Banged up my leg up pretty decent and cost me a pair of boxers.WW Rafting is a very dangerous thing. I think he'll play til somewhere in the 4th. Heupel is known to let his guys play and Nico needs the live reps. I've seen some complaining before about not pulling them out soon enough (@Glitch ). He may take him out though, risk of injury and whatnot.Does Nico only play 1st half vs Mocs?
