@NurseGoodVol can you confirm the ramblings of an old man?Apparently, a mother crap-ton of nurses and med techs call in to take off work on payday Fridays.

They are really responsive and no hassle for a lost, stolen, or unincluded item...which was a surprise for us to learn.Got an Amazon package today. Was shoved right up against the door which I assumed was to protect it from the rain. Picked it up and it had been opened (tape seal cut) and re-closed with that fold the flaps over each other approach.
Compared it to my order and sure enough one item was missing - an Anker power bank (package had the Lithium battery warning on the outside so it was obvious something electronic was in there). Other items were vitamins.
Logged into Amazon to report it and looked at the picture of the delivery and the picture showed it right where I found it - sure doesn't appear a porch pirate visited the porch, cut it open, took out and item and folded the flaps to close it and put it right back where I found it.
Amazon was all automated response - finally found a way to report an item missing from shipment and it immediately asked if I wanted another one or a refund (went the refund) route and bing, bam, boom I have a refund.
Thought they might want to know that there's a good chance the driver was the culprit (or at least a suspect) so got on the chat. Bottomline, they do not care. I tried.
I would guess an Amazon employee somewhere in the delivery chain swiped it. They apparently placed a "Steal Me" placard on the box.Got an Amazon package today. No they do not care. They print money they don’t have any time to worry about a small amount of losses.Got an Amazon package today.
