I'd say that 98 % of Biden campaign has been get Trump and a little less, but not much, say 95% of Trump's campaign has been get Biden. The respective bases of both parties have made it clear that they are much more voting AGAINST the other guy, or their apparent institutional backers, as voting for theirs.
Trump has a chance this week to turn that around for himself. Appears he will take it. Let's hope so.
Problem for Biden is that its going to be very hard for his campaign to convince people to vote FOR him given his age and associated problems. Even the last two weeks after the debate his sole argument to remain the nominee is his claim that he's the only one who has shown he can beat Trump. I'm not sure that was a compelling argument last week, even less sure now.
