If you go listen to the audio, there are several shots. Then there's a single, what sounds like a suppressed round about 10 seconds later. I suspect that's the shot from SS. I've compared that to another video of people yelling that are saying "he has a gun". You then hear a volly of shots, then about 10 seconds later you hear the suppressed round. Then you hear the guy say he's down.I'm telling you, the video that someone posted of the counter sniper, showed him locked on something. He wasn't scanning, he had his gaze and rifle fixed on something. When the shots rang out, he barely raised his rifle for a second...almost seeming surprised that the shooter actually fired. He then got back on target and the video ended shortly there after.
I'm struggling with several things.
1. How did they not notice him?
2 Why did it take so long for them to react when the police were notified of a gun?
3. Why did the snipers, who appear to have him in their optic, let him get so many rounds off?
