Back to the 60s, Police beating college students

Wear the label Boomer proudly, JxnVol. The DinkinFlicka. We were the last generation with privilege of:
--Being able to walk to and from school in safety
--Having real playgrounds to have real fun with dangerous but thrilling equipment. Without pedo creeps hanging around.
--Could play stick ball in the streets, barefoot on hot summer days, with drivers trying intentionally run us down.
--Play outside til dark, riding bikes, chasing each other, climbing trees without an armed neighbor shooting at us.
--Were mostly fit because we got natural exercise instead of growing blob-fat from playing video games on a sofa.
--Could buy a giant babe Ruth candy bar for a nickle.
--Pick and eat roadside sweet blackberries that grew all over the place.
--Enjoyed safely drinking water from a water hose.
--Went on summer vacation in the family station wagon, camping almost anywhere without fear to save money spent on motels.
--Had nearby streams we could fish and swim in without worrying about flesh-eating bacteria or amoebae.
--The free love hippie era
Those who mock boomers will never know thrill, safety, and privilege on enjoying these experience, poor things. Too bad the generation that followed didn't appreciate things like Earth Day and other ways we tried to alter awareness to take care of the only planetary home we have. Long live boomers!!!!!!!!!!!
It’s about time you posted something good.

"Black police showing out for the white cops"

F^^k the police

She was practically on top of the cop while he was making an arrest and might have even touched him with her left hand. I have no issues with them face planting her.

What I disagree with is if anybody was arrested for assembling, speaking, or redressing their government.

You are a mad man. WTF were we doing in Vietnam in the first pla
Give ‘em a rotary phone and a copy of the yellow pages. Tell them to find a particular business and call and ask a question. No use of their smartphone allowed.
Or even better give them a box of folded paper Highway maps and tell them to drive to Peoria with no GPS or smartphone directions.
You would be absolutely floored with laughter.
It would make for an excellent comedy TV show.

So you're too young for Blu Ray but old enough to pay for porn. Got it.

Wrong generation. Gen X was born and growing up without cell phones or internet , no warning labels , no anti anxiety, depression , ADHD, meds and no peanut allergies . We were the latch key, get out of the house , be back before dark , kids 😊

Yeah, and they grew up to pay for porn because by 2010 they were technologically illiterate 🤣

I don’t think you still know the age group you are talking about buddy . I can’t argue the pay for play porn before Porn hub made it free , but we grew up with penthouse and playboy before VHS was a wet dream and I’m 56 . Nurse and I both are still able to plug our phones into the chargers . 😂

I'm mostly joking but I know what you really mean when you say "plug our phones into chargers."

Not claiming greatness here. You're just not in a position to poke fun at anyone's way with women.
Yall be nice. We are all VOLS round these parts. Except LG and perhaps a few stooges anyway lol.

Pretty good monologue.

I listened to this live. Was reading and half listening while he cried about Trump for a while and Don Lemon spoke (DL is 1 of, if not THE dumbest liberal Dbag on planet Earth.) But this monologue was both poignant and funny IMO. Mahr is a textbook "Modern Blacksheep Dimwit" . He has no home...because his own party the Dimwits have moved so far left that theyre straight up Communist Jew haters bent on destroying both Israel and the US that he grew up in....yet the Republicrats are too far right on social issues for him to ever join without being the worst hypocrite in 100 years. So like many other former Dimwits, he is now a man without a party...one who does not support either wing of the Uniparty...and all he can do is hold his nose and pull the lever for whomever offends him the least. All the while complaining about both parties and lamenting the broken 2 party system that got us in this mess to begin with.

Clay Travis jumped on the right bandwagon despite being socially to the left. (He used to refer to himself as a gay, Muslim to mock the right)

This was my experience, though I am on the younger end of GenX being born in 77. My wife was born in 1982 so technically she is the oldest of Millenials according to some sources. She definitely identifies as a GenXer though because her experiences growing up are very different from Millenials. When I went out as a teen my mom, gf etc would page me. Time to pull over at the nearest payphone and call them. Good times in the early 90s. Great music back then.

I am younger than both you and your wife but I didn't get a cell phone until Freshmen year of College (it was a flip phone) and Facebook didn't come out until late in my college career and you needed a college email address to even access it. Social Media didn't really take off until my adult life. This puts us different than Millenias.

I do remember video games started to get traction in my child hood as I had an original NES and Sega Genesis (actually I still have both and they still work).
