No chance in hell Tennessee hires Walz. Remember the Schiano hiring in football that would be a damn pizza party compared to the mattress burning for hiring Walz.

Then they can continue wallowing in the epitome of mediocrity, until the mattress burners die off, and then there's no one left to give a sh!t. I would love for the Lady Vols to get back to elite; however, I'm totally cool with cheering (and spending), for football, men's bball, baseball, and softball...programs, with boosters, who care about winning, and don't care if the coach is a dude, lady, robot, or alien...as long as they're winning and exciting and competing.

If that is true about the HC of the Lady Vols having to be a former Lady Vol, or no men allowed...that program deserves the sucktitude it currently seems to relish in. Not only because that is the dumbest sh!t I've ever heard; but, because Pat Summitt would burn something to the ground, seeing where it's gotten them...no threat, whatsoever, in the tournament; countless games below .500 against the top teams in the country; and, looking like the laziest bunch of people this side of Teamsters.

Again, if that is true...the prerequisite of being the Lady Vols HC. I've always heard that; but, not sure how real it is.

It’s the offseason. Think there’s some spring practice talk in here somewhere. Thank God the Vols are still alive in the tourney and baseball seems to be humming. Check back in on Friday we’ll be back to business a usual.

I hope Barnes goes after Stojakovic kid in the portal. I believe that is a great match. And watching what DK did this year should have their attention.

This was discussed in the bball forum recently. He didn’t play great defense and didn’t shoot all that well his freshmen year. I’m sure he will improve but not sure they will pursue. Sounds like they might have reached out to Michael Ajayi from Pepperdine.

He was good but what do you not like about Eden’s game? He averages close to 25 ppg over 12 rebs , and 2.1 assists. He can score with both hands l… can shoot out to the foul line and is up for defensive player of the year.

Reminds me of Eric Montross…RIP. Good solid performer back when true centers were viable. Kinda lost in translation nowadays. I don’t see Edey being able to go get his shot in regular NBA sets.
