I’m surprised nil deals dont have contract saying your playing here for 2-3 years if I’m paying you this
Personally your scholarship papers should be a binding contract unless your position or head coach leaves
If guys wanna get paid and treated like adults in major sports then they need to sign contracts and realize they can be let go/fired also

I cry a little while I cut my own hair in the shower with rusty clippers because hair cuts for everyone else in the house are a minimum of $75 each.

Pick your battles... The good news if yours are like mine, those haircuts aren't happening every 3-4 weeks... So we got that going for us.

College football was better before NIL and the transfer portal. It seems like some TN fans just hate anything that Saban ever says. I hate him but I agree with him. Commitment means nothing anymore and neither does loyalty to a team. Having to constantly recruit committed players because of a paycheck is ridiculous.

Ummm it’s alot better now, it caused Saban to retire. It also spread the talent to other teams.
