War in Ukraine

Not likely. Russia will make the consequence for such action not worth it. Most Ukrainians are trying to get out of being mobilized. Those that are left dont want to fight Russia and will likely welcome a peace deal.
Meh... IDK about that. I think if/when the Russians win, the only other option they have is using Ukrainians in the same manner that they use their ME proxies. I can see a "Free Ukraine Army" with some govt in exile being set up on Warsaw or Brussels or London. They will resort to terrorism in Russia.

I honestly think it’s a possibility. Anyone saying Putin definitely will or won’t do something is just hoping what they want to happen will happen.
Putin could have attacked a NATO country when the collective West orchestrated a coup in Kiev in 2014.

Putin could have attacked a NATO country when Turkey shot down their plane that allegedly crossed the Syrian-Turkish airspace.

Putin could have attacked a NATO country when their ambassador was assassinated in Turkey.

Putin had 8 years of provocations to just kick over the chessboard and he didn't.

Again, false. Ukraine did not start with very little. They had a good amount of Western equipment along with old Soviet equipment. Their soldiers were well trained as well.

Russia's Black Sea fleet has taken a hit but overall their ability to wage and sustain war is better than it has been in a long time.
I find it funny that they are boasting about naval victories when this has been a conventional land war.

What will happen?
History proves that they will just move on to the next target. It's getting a little more difficult now that they are starting to border more NATO countries. It will take them about a decade before they are anywhere near able to fight another war on this scale though...when all is said and done. They are very patient though, you've gotta give them that, and by that time who knows who is in charge.

So you're excited about another useless war that has nothing to do with US defense? Guess the whole post 911 thing didn't teach you much

Who said I was excited? (Hint: only you did.)

Useless? Not really, Russian expansion is a huge national security concern

“Whole post 9/11 thing” - whatever that means

If it was such a concern we would have made a conscious effort to avoid it. Instead we poked the bear and got the desired result. They want war

Post 911 lesson would be decades of useless wars costing trillions and stripping citizens of our rights. This new super scary "national security concern" will do the same. Only people who benefit are govt and MIC. They need a sense of fear

We poked the bear? What? No one forced Russia to invade Ukraine

Did this yesterday. It's all out there if you're interested in why the govt narrative is bs. Been repeated many times in this thread as well
Odd, I recall you dodging the questions and refusing to back up you claims with any supporting evidence yesterday as well.
