The thing that makes me most excited by DK is his development through the season with regards to passing. He’s getting better and better at quickly finding the open man. And since teams have been running 2 at him a lot, that has come in very handy.

It’s not coincidence that the off ball guards have made important shots in games where the opposition keys on DK with 2 men.

Think JJJ against UK, and both Mashack and JJJ against Alabama.

If we can get Gainey going, our offense would take even another step

Opposition defenses have a hell of a choice to make.
Exactly what I've been saying. Makes me crazy though when JJJ goes for 2 points in a game with three shots. With others making shots, who is our opponent going to guard?

The 2022 South Carolina team snuck up on us because they were trash on a stick until our game. This South Carolina team is fighting for a title — they aren’t sneaking up on anyone. Totally different circumstances.
This is going to be an ugly dogfight...and it doesn't mean anybody sucks if we lose it.

Beating them at home is going to be tough...but if we just hit 70+ percent FTs and 50+ percent of our layups this time it would help tremendously.

Otherwise the reason we lose will be we go 🥶 and can't hit the broadside of a barn as a team, while they shoot the lights out..in other words, one of THOSE games which cam happen to anybody at any time, but usually happens on the road.

Dear NFL Teams,

Jaylen Wright is the best RB and should be the first one taken and here's why.

5'11" & 210lbs = great size, the "prototypical" RB in most eyes

1. Fast he ran a 4.38 official at the combine, but his top-end speed is actually better
2. Durability 3 years at TN and played in a total of 34 games of the 39 played (only missed time with injuries as a freshmen)
3. Coachable every season his production (YPC) increased from 4.8 to 6.0 to 7.4 all while being firmly in a RBBC with Jabari Small, something Wright never complained about
4. Versatility his last year here he showcased his ability to be a threat in the passing game catching 22 total passes for an average of 6.4 per catch
5. Longevity despite playing in 34 games he's only carried the ball just 368 times and he's only 20 years old
6. Production in 2 of his 3 seasons he reached 800 yards rushing despite splitting time with Small

MarShawn Lloyd = less productive, spent more time in college
Trey Benson = less productive, spent more time in college
Tyrone Tracy Jr. = FAR less productive, and spent 6 years in college!
Audric Estime = less athletic and a LOT slower (4.71)

Jonathon Brooks = 1 year wonder, despite being at Texas for 3 years only appeared in 22 total games, only had 238 carries (187 came in last year) and is coming off a recent ACL tear
Is Schroeder not in the Draft?

Mid-week road game against a solid team in the middle of a stretch of 4 ranked teams with UK upcoming. That’s a tough one to win for any team. A win is massive and an indication of the mental toughness needed to go deep in the tournament. Don’t think a loss tells us much.

Yeah, it's slow when the debate is who sucked worse Butch or Dooley. Moran #1: "I think having your balls crushed in a vise is way worse than having your pecker boiled ." Moran 2: "I don't think your taking into consideration the condition of the vise, it could be oily or be made of low grade steel and have some give."
Actually laughed out loud 🤣 😂 😆

He is, didn’t have a great combine though. Ran a 4.61, was only 5’8.5” 202lbs (both way lower than Missouri listed him at).
Genuinely hope he's a great RB.

Because if not, then it was the OL...scheme...coaching...

I'm good on the latter. Mizzou suddenly returning to their peak B12 days under Mr H&R Block would be bullshite.

But I'm sold on the former. Their backup was very mediocre...and he got a lot of rest.

Sh
Refs are really messing up sports at all levels...

Can’t believe the officials made that call thus denying worthy kids a chance for a special memory of playing for a HS State Championship . Some of my greatest memories were coaching in 3 state championship games in NJ . (We won 2) Feel so bad for those kids .

Shot was good

They just couldn’t pay them as much under the table (like they used to do) as they could get above the table now.
Say it louder for the dummies in the back that still believe the putrid lying 🐎 💩 that scumbag turd spews everytime he opens his mouth..

Nich Saban sickens me...I have zero respect for him.

I think you're remembering someone else... Tyndall's one year was hot garbage, never scored 80 points in a single game and only hit 70 points 8 times total. Nothing fun about scoring 38 in TBA against Bama or 48 against Kentucky.

For someone that's always critical of Barnes' teams and the lack of offense to try and sell Tyndall's garbage as "fun to watch" is pretty dumb...even for you.
He is trolling for big fish...and you bite hard everytime.

I don't understand why you guys that converse with him do not understand this.

It sure doesn't. We already got past Auburn and Alabama. Nobody was expecting us to go 4-0. Even 3-1 was against the odds.

I remember looking forward to our 3-week "easy stretch" and thinking 5-1 would be fantastic...but then a brutal stretch to end the season.

We're now 8-1 out of our last 9 😳

This team is exceeding all expectations. One of the next 2 would be huge. The other is icing on the cake.

What a team.

I know...I'm being a smartass. If the season means nothing, then why play it.
It means a ton.

This shouldn't be black or white.

Fact is there are 3 teams already locked into 1-seeds because of the regular season. And the vast majority of the other 65 teams roughly know where they stand because of it.

If we had to allocate, I'd say reg season is 90% and conf tournies is 10%...mostly affecting bubble teams. Reg season is ~30 games and conference tourney is anywhere from 1-4 or 5 games.

How many years has there been conference tournaments? Looks like everyone would accept it, they're not going away..

When you stated Sandbagging pukes I thought the narrative had turned to regular season NBA..
Yeah...them too. And just because greedy money grubbing 💩heads run everything doesn't mean tourneys are great.

If they are going to do that and take garbage tourney champs onto the Dance, then also they need to take all the Mids regular season conference champions so that kids that earned it throughout the whole year don't get screwed over, and cut out a few major at-large teams that didn't earn 💩 to get in.
