Nah, man. He good.
Good news, @TN-POSSUM! I was able to smooth things over between you and Byron.
Some seem to forget the Wade Houston , Buzz Petersen eras at Tennessee...it's called earning respect.
i think his recruiting has taken a step back, and i think this team is overrated.
but, 21 more wins and puts him at 800. he will finish his career in top ten all time, likely.
so, lets argue about fahrrin' barnes. or just shut up and let it work itself out. jmo iyam imho.
Might be the most insane statistic under the Heupel era?
I'm taking Res Wucker's opinion over old @RikidyBones everyday and three times on Sundays.Thank you, Mr. Wet Blanket.
Yep. Not sure what our fans are thinking when they call for a QB transfer. I wanted one after Hooker left, but after Milton had his bowl game, there was no chance we'd be attractive to a portal QB. We're in the same boat again this year, but that's not a bad thing. We'll most certainly roll next year with Nico, Merklinger and Moore/Shuler. My biggest worry outside of injury are the fan expectations. Nico might turn out to be the next superstar, but I watched Peyton Manning struggle as a freshman. Not saying Nico can't explode onto the scene, but this ain't a bama or uga roster they've surrounded him with. Still a couple of classes yet to go before we are in the discussion. Get him some tools in the portal, pray for good health and good evals. Then get 7-8 wins and a bowl and I'm pretty darned happy. That would be a GREAT season for Nico in year 1 IMO. Folks calling for 10/11 wins are living in a fantasy world. Not happening. Some want to grab a QB in the port hole...
Anyone think a QB transfer just to be a backup ?
Max Johnson going to UNC because he knows he will start since Drake Maye will be gone...
Very true. I suffered a "sprain" when I played. Images showed ligaments that had separated from the bone. Each had a bone fragment attached. Surgery was the only option if I was to continue playing. I'm just hoping it's not one of those dreaded "high" ankle sprains. Never had that, but everyone says it's something that just hangs and haunts all season long. That would be a real blow considering how Knecht plays the game and how UT needs him to play. He's the one guy we couldn't afford to lose. Not so funny how that seems to happen to UT players every year....in every sport.Without access to an X-ray, it means nothing. I walked on my broken ankle, went up and down stairs, drove myself to the ER, etc.
I hope it's not a break but the sprain is the worst part of the injury anyways.
Wow no words. And saying the ACC is down is very opinionated. That’s your opinion. They have actually doen well against SEC this year. What does that say about our conference? The ACC is soft. I don't care what their record is, without Travis FSU isn't one of the 4 best teams in the country, with him they barely qualify.
But no, we shouldn't have. A second loss to UGA in Atlanta should've ended everything. Besides my dislike of the playoffs, the first loss to UGA should've ended the conversation as well.
