I honestly thought the committee would find a reason to have Bama hang around at 5 or 6. They haven't though and that Auburn game was less than impressive, it should've been a loss and I think they get punished for it.
I dont think FSU deserves it without Travis. Louisville could do us a huge favor.
I actually think there's a chance the Pac-12 gets 2 teams in, but in all honesty, I think Michigan is your champ this year.

Almost…almost like there’s not a conspiracy to get Bama in the playoff.

Although I think Bama beats UGA and the discussion will be had again depending on what happens ahead of them.

I know this won't matter to all the Kellie haters but her by far best player, Rickea has been out with injury the past 4 games I believe.

They have also played a tough schedule and they don't lose these past few games with Rickea..

Eh, I still think there is a Bama bias, and like I mentioned when we had this argument before. Anyone who beats UGA wether that Bama or someone else will have the best win in college football in the last 3 years. That's damn hard to ignore.

It’s more than one injury/one game/one season + postseason. If White makes a change, no one can say he didn’t allow for a proper vetting.

We gain SO much more in building experience and team chemistry from losing in November to 3 of the best in CBB in hard fought, strongly contested games, than we would have gained from beating 3 nobodies into oblivion.

I don't see how that's not obvious....especially considering it took the officials screwing us as usual or we would/could have won against Purdue and NC...Purdue and NC both got bailed out big time by their striped buddies.

Very true and Barnes took over a depleted UT team and built it up to a contender. Harper had talent and has underachieved with it since she’s been here. Will always appreciate her as a VFL but don’t think she’s going to lead us to anything significant.

(I don’t expect her to have Pat Summit level of success winning multiple ships as she was a generational coach, but would love an elite 8 or final 4, winning the conference, or #1 ranking…something)

An undefeated conference champion gets in 100%. I don’t care if 50% of their team can’t play or our injured, they still deserve it.

If we beat USC last year, you don’t think we should have gotten in because Hooker got hurt? Even though the resume and other players worked and played hard to get there?

You think Michigan beats UGA if UGA gets in? I know this isn’t the same UGA Defense they’ve had the last two years but I still think they’d be a tough out for Michigan.

The ACC is soft. I don't care what their record is, without Travis FSU isn't one of the 4 best teams in the country, with him they barely qualify.

But no, we shouldn't have. A second loss to UGA in Atlanta should've ended everything. Besides my dislike of the playoffs, the first loss to UGA should've ended the conversation as well.

No...what's strange is idiotic morons belittling and scouring a coach that has done better than every other coach in Tennessee history save ONE...and he performed at least equal to that guy.

What they (you too if you are one of them) do is far beyond "criticism"

Firstly, I don't think this UGA team is anywhere as close to as dominant as the two B2B national championship teams were.
Secondly, for the first time in their run this UGA team is banged up heading into the end of the season. I actually think Michigan can out physical UGA this year.

i think his recruiting has taken a step back, and i think this team is overrated.

but, 21 more wins and puts him at 800. he will finish his career in top ten all time, likely.

so, lets argue about fahrrin' barnes. or just shut up and let it work itself out. jmo iyam imho.
