I mentioned it in real time.

*The auburn player was getting held and looked like he stopped trying. I think the whole defense thought the game was over.
I thought the Auburn guy was trying to show he was being held so the refs would call it.

But of course they didn't.

Need someone to compete with Nico for sure.

Everyone saying that no QB will want to come here because of Nico doesn’t make sense.

Go recruit a transfer like any other QB, no choice is made, give them a NIL package. Roll into next season with Nico as starter, if he isn’t ready then you have a really good veteran transfer to get you to 8-4 or 9-3 instead of 6-6, 7-5 or worse if Nico gets hurt.

For me, next season is about winning 8 games. If you lose Nico to injury or isn’t ready, you aren’t winning 8 games with that schedule.

All this while Merklinger can actually redshirt. That following season you’d have:
- Nico (R. Soph)
- Merklinger (R. Fr.)
- Mac (Fr.)
3 capable QBs and no need to worry about a transfer.
Nico is ready

Also, more and more people in their 40's and 50's don't look anywhere close to it. I might a lot of people that I'm shocked when I find out their age compared to how young they look. A good portion of people in FL tend to spend more time taking care of the way they look than other states I've lived in.

I'm an average looking guy but get flirted with by women 15-20 years younger than me fairly often. I have a good job, I'm personable and respectful (have to be in my line of sales/service) and look very young for my age. I refuse to fully shave because I can't stand how baby faced it makes me look, though I do trim most of the gray hairs out of my beard and the one's on my head are harder to notice..
Well, I'm 58 and look 85.
