I think that changes with Beasley next year. Kid is a player and will be our best corner day 1.

Gibson is going to be really good. He’s just young and inexperienced. Expecting a freshman to play right away at CB is a lot.

If that's directed at me, I haven't tried to disrespect or insult you. I've dissected the way you've formed your conclusions, and given what I believe to be defeaters to your logic. But I've been complimentary to you as a person. If it's come across as anything but that, I truly apologize.

Having apologized, I'll say that IMO, that's how discussions work, and this is a discussion board. You've said that all you've done is offer your opinion and others can't handle it. From my perspective, you offered an opinion and others offered their competing opinions, with support as to why they believe theirs to be better.

Again, it's how discussions work.

There's no need to take it personally.

Yes, our previous ADs sucked. That doesn't excuse anything Pearl did or lessen his personal responsibility for doing it. What he did does not fall on us having a ****** AD. He chose his actions. He is responsible for them.

Go read your post. You and others have been very condescending and insulting. That's fine, I can take it. I can also dish it out and I will. I don't take it personal. I have no hard feelings but again, it's coming. I'm right. He's terrible. And as you've shared your opinion, I'm going to give it back.

What's funny, is you've already pointed out that I may be right but if I am it will be just accidental and not be based on stats. 😅

I absolutely want to the Vols to be dominant on defense. That's 100% why I want him gone. The longer he's here the longer it is before we have it. Look at it like this, if I have a tumor, i want to get it removed. I don't want to hope it just goes away. Some think he's good. I don't share that opinion. I've seen this movie and know how it turns out. We're three years in, next year won't be any better, a good defensive coordinator doesn't need 5,6, or 7 years to build a defense. My biggest fear is if he's around much longer, it's going to cost us Heupel.

Bass was bipolar. I'm 100% consistent. Banks is the worst coach on this staff and we'll never have a good defense as long as he's here.

****ing love this from Grant. He hasn’t backed down from anyone.

Very happy to see him keep growing too. Many analysts doubted him because of his play in college not projecting well to NBA. All he’s done is kept his head down and reinvented his offensive game and worked on his shooting and continued his great defense. Took another step this off-season after getting paid and is now top 25 in the NBA 3 point shooting % at 44%.
