Because I want us to be good. I see an Achilles heel. Some on here can't accept the opinion of others and have to result in personal insults. To those, you're dam right I'm keeping receipts. Like I said, despite pathetic defensive performance, I've kept my mouth shut during games out of respect for others. That's not happening anymore. If you love Tim Banks, have at it. I know a bad defense when I see it.

Reaching here possibly but this kid was a completely random out of the blue name drop on today’s VQ podcast.

Right at the 16:55 mark of the pod. Talking about the decisions kids make in recruiting and where they end up. Talking about how this kid has been stuck because great receivers and can’t get on the field but that doesn’t mean he can’t play.

I wonder if this kid ends up in the portal.

Just such a random name drop.

I like you @InVOLuntary and respect you..so from friend to friend I’m gonna ask you an honest question.. Do you want us to have a successful defense or are you more interested in being right and say I told you so??

For the record, I’m on the fence about Banks so I’m not interested in discussing it any further. 😊

If that's the case, this is the year to call for CJH's head if you want to be impatient. The most notable problem on our ugly losses has been the offense. The offense has averaged a whopping 13 pts per game in our losses.

Or is it possible that the entire staff is still putting the pieces together, so maybe patience is still in order?

A few years ago, I would have agreed with you. In the modern era of NIL where college football is more like semi-pro football, though, it’s just business. Joe has an NIL valuation of nearly $600k per On3. He’s been paid handsomely for his sub par performance this season and ought to be able to handle a tough conversation.

Long-time poster. Did a one-off VN podcast with Matt Ray and a former troll (Cootchie Sauce) who knew sportswriters. Good guy who melted down during recruiting and thermo when the portal season was invented. Mostly posts on VQ now.

You really think potential transfer prospects are reaching out to AP? Or is it someone on the staff - who never tells AP anything - all the sudden spilling the beans on potential transfers who have reached out to UT? And with such detail about wanting to see Nico play. C’mon.

AP also has no clue on the strategy inside the building.
