Sorry, but the gameplan at the end of the game was horrendous.

Great if you make all those threes, but taking a bunch of three's out of rhythm is almost never a recipe for success. We decided to completely stop running our offense and shot low percentage shots and it didn't work out.

Not a big deal though. It's really difficult to deal with Zach Edey. We are still clearly one of the best teams in the country.

You have Edey with 4 fouls and you don’t have anyone in there that can draw the fifth, went too small to end the game. I know you need scores but you need that fifth foul on him worse so we can actually get a rebound. Should have had Estrella in and tell him to draw that foul so we can win the last 2 minutes instead of not getting a rebound and jacking up 3s.

He did foul but they called it on us and put him on the line.

Hard fought game. Haven't shot well in that gym all week, and we were forced to play hardnosed imo and fight and claw in the game. #2 got the win, we will have another good opportunity tomorrow.

Things that need to be fixed:
- Knecht got shut down after his hot start. Idk what Purdue was doing, but it worked.
- Gainey and Vescovi have not shot well in this tournament. Gainey finally found his stroke at the end.
- Not as much movement off the ball as last year it seems. Last year we were a clinic in passing and off-ball movement. Vescovi especially. That's missing thus far.

Silver lining: We still don't look like we are in a good groove. Last year we might've peaked a little early.

I want to see Heupel’s fire he did last year that he had last year’s BS calls or non calls. We saw more last year.
