Gavin Newsome is an embarrassment. He cares nothing about the homeless people on the street. These people are addicted to drugs and the politicians don't even try. Nor do they seem to try in other blue cities. However now the Xi is visiting, he realizes how awful the streets of major cities in California look so he wants to hide the problems. Try to solve something for a change Gavin.

It's actually pretty funny more than anything. I don't think he would do it or even can do it but I like his outside the box thinking. Far too often, the inability to dream big is what keeps us in the big government corruption we stay in.

Point to an establishment candidate and I will pass on them.

It's not outside the box. It's lazy man thinking. So the Fed needs to be cut by 50%. Ok I won't dispute that. But this is his methodology then it means he just pulled a number out his bleep hole. Didn't do any analysis. Only an idiot would think each department is equally over staffed. Lazy as hell pandering

It was funny. Do you actually think Vivek would recommend that policy? Recognize some humor. I'm guessing the guy's ideas have generated more money than everyone on this board combined. We know politics are not the same thing but he seems to be serious about wanting to cut the federal government is the point. Many of the same people complained about not including Iran in peace treaties in the ME.

He's not in this to be funny or show us how he can make money. He's here to tell us how he would run the country were he President. This one was not very well thought out. If he'd said something like "I intend to cut fed workers by 50%. I will hire the best people to do a thorough analysis and determine where the fat is..." I'd be more impressed.

Then there's his idiotic idea of building a 5,000 mile fence on the northern border. He made Trump sound like the adult in the room:

Luckily Kroger is the only union grocery store around here that I know of. Publix will win this one if they strike.

Kroger is union? That seems surprising. I shop at Kroger regularly and one gets a distinct impression that their employees are not well paid, not
to mention the fact that the company and its stores are constantly in a hiring mode. I'll have to ask one of the cashiers about this.

So what is the Play for the Democrats and what is the Play for the Republicans.
I don't think either one of the current guys can win.
3rd party Candidates will make this race a mess but it will happen.
Trump will be convicted and Biden with all his woes cannot hold, gain or retain ground.
I don't want a Nazi and I don't want a Neanderthal either. Both unacceptable.
