No. Ronnie needs to be leadoff. Lineup construction is fine. Just need a better #2 hitter. Ozzie is great, much more suited for 5/6

We have Austin, Olson, Ozuna, Murphy, Ozzie. All sluggers that can hit behind Ronnie and drive him in. Taking your best OBP guy with his speed and removing him from that with all the power guys behind him for “RBI opportunities” is silly baseball. Stack your best dudes and go from there.

We didn’t lose because lineup construction (although it’s pretty peculiar to submit a G1 lineup we’ve literally never used despite having the last 40 games to do whatever we wanted with), we lost because the other side has better players.

That game 1 no show was brutal. Only gave up 3 runs, faced Ranger Suarez and put up a goose egg. If they do anything it’s 2-2 with Max back at our place. Just inexcusable.
