I think Roberts has done a decent job playing the hand he's been dealt. Hope the front office realizes they own a big part of this.
This off-season pitching signing Free Agent pitchers will be top priority...what's so bad they knew this at Trade Deadline and what do they do acquire Lance Lynn🥴. Kershaw will be back on another 1 year deal but he can't be the Ace..Walker Buehler will be back along with Dustin May...Tony Gosolin eeh. .. offense will be fine next year with Nucleus coming back and Gavin Lux off ACL..still believe they go after Ohtani and Blake Snell...this winter..

Yeah, anytime I think about getting mad at Roberts, I remember Buehler, May and Gonsolin. That's a devastating hit to the starting rotation. Relivers have come along. Kershaw, meh. I'm not sure what he can offer in another season. An all-timer, but if you have to baby him through the season like we did the second half, what are you really getting in return?

But some clutch hitting wouldn't hurt my feelings. We had plenty of chances last night.

Kershaw will be welcomed back as long as he wants..he deserves that much for what he has done in his time there...

We're staying out towards Turkey Creek. The hotel we stay at was charging nearly $700/night. But I got an email saying I could buy points with an 80% bonus. So I bought $520 in points and it was enough to get me two nights. The big guy usually wins, but every once in a while the little guy outfoxes him (90% expecting them to cancel my reservation if they realize what I've done).

Has Sankey ever offered an explanation as to how TAMU can be in the league 12 years and Georgia has never played there? There are 6 rotating East division teams.

It looks like even though they were saved for last, 2020 was GA's year to go to TAMU. Or if one wants to blame covid, then this year was GA's year.

Also USCjr is TAMU's permanent opponent from the East. So if those chicken goobers are into inventing "historic" rivalries, there you are. 😂

Out of curiosity, I took a stroll through the official USCj game thread. It's amazing that so many people in that thread had USCj propped up as a good enough team that we'd be damn lucky not to lose that game. Now, people are in here saying that that blow out doesn't look very good because USCj sucks and is not a good measurement.

I hate when Vols beat someone and everyone is like “they suck”. No, they might be pretty good. Vols are just better. That’s a good thing. A&M is pretty good. Let’s find out if this year’s version of Vol football is better.

Yeah suddenly Spencer Rattler and Xavier Laggette aren't two of the most elite offensive players in college football and us totally shutting them down means nothing.
