Yes, the house is dysfunctional but that doesn't negate the fact that the POTUS and Senate Dems refuse to compromise on anything. It's time you own that.
You can't even get your own party to compromise. Maybe you should refrain from lecturing anyone else on what they ought to be doing to solve the GOP's problems.
You've gone past just trolling to full on brainwashed. Yes the Rs are dysfunctional mainly because McCarthy is trying to appease the Dems and the Dems are as usual in lockstep offering no compromise.
how many of those 189 are closed cases?
I already broke that down. the clean cases will get closed, and offered up as "see no corruption.", there will be 5/10/20 cases that remain open long past the others and won't get commented on. then a couple years after the fact, they will be closed and they will find that either the money/goods went missing like they did in Afghanistan, they got sent somewhere they shouldn't, etc etc. but by that point no one will care, just like with the missing money in Afghanistan. draw it out long enough and no one cares when you admit it at decade later.
and people like you will continue to argue that there is no problem to fix.

How do you fix a problem, before it's been identified by the groups that are providing oversight for the aid program?
How many are closed or open are the moment, is irrelevant until one of them uncovers substantial fraud or abuse.
If you've got information to the contrary as to what the current reports state, link it, I'll be more than happy to read it.
Otherwise, you're complaining about an issue that you aren't even sure exists.
What's the definition of "substantial"?
www.dictionary.com
Compromise is a two way street. Dems haven't actually compromised in so long I don't think they know how to do so. Time the GOP grew a backbone and played the same game. Getting the GOP to work together is something like herding cats ... except a lot of cats are more likable and more trainable than RINOs and some other GOP clowns in general

Septic is the same person that said it was possible Trump took classified nuclear documents and sold them to our enemies. He isnt a serious person.
GOP can't even get their story straight to present a budget. What is the left supposed to compromise on? I'll hang up and listen?

How many dollars in fraud and abuse is an ample or considerable amount? A few thousand? A few million? A billion? What's the cutoff line between minor and substantial?
oig.usaid.gov
You probably need to contact the OIG to get a breakdown on what dollar amount sets the level of fraud or abuse high enough that it is considered "substantial".
Ukraine Oversight | Office of Inspector General

I'd assume that it varries depending on the program in question.
Again, a non answer.
Don't tout "no substantial fraud" when you can't define what substantial is. They admit they have found fraud but won't give details on how much, it could be in the 10s of millions for all we know and IDK what anyone says that is very substantial.

Now wait, Texas was Mexican at one time. Are you sure that is the path you want to go down? WTF were Davy Crockett and Jim Bowie doing over there?Donbas was Ukrainian soil, right? If migrants coming into TX decide they want to make it a Mexican state, we should agree? What part of "sovereign" do you not understand?
