I guess this is retaliation for UKR blowing up the Black Sea command center. Russia blew up a hotel.
This is @volgr 's "winning."
So Russia is STRONGER after losing some of the Black Sea Fleet's top command. Just wanna make sure I'm understanding your lunacy correctly

in my business that type of error could be considered fraud, and could end in jail time. because its the government, its corruption. could just be an honest mistake, 100% willing to believe that, but it doesn't change the fact that we gave them more than we said, and lied to the public about it and is a form of corruption. it doesn't have to be a pallet of cash showing up on some defense contractors door step to be corruption. You should probably Google, "Net Book Value".
This is not some conspiracy by Ukrainians to defraud the government, especially since inflating the value of military hardware would server no purpose for them.

It's a DoD pencil pusher looking at the wrong column on a spreadsheet.
Maybe he meant the stench of decaying flesh is now stronger?I think he meant it in the sense of their economy being stronger.
I mean the ruble is certainly stro...... well, maybe not.

You got me, maybe Russia has cornered the market on cheap eggs. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
you know what neutral means right? Able to deal with both. equal treatment for all sides. The best thing for Ukraine was to remain neutral. They eff'ed that up. Did Russia mistreat the Ukrainian region at times in it's history? Sure. Did the US mistreat the south at times in it's history? Sure. China? Same. Welcome to the complicated history of large Countries. In your list of mistreatment, you failed to list the West's mistreatment of proxies like Ukraine, over the last 40-60 years.
Bottom line, the West destroyed what was Ukraine and when given ample opportunities to avoid this outcome, the West ignored them. Why? Because the West was advancing THEIR agenda, not Ukraine's. The West was looking out for THEIR best interest, not Ukraine's.

I never said it was by Ukraine, why do you throw out so many straw men?
have they always used Net Book Value? If so why was this time different? Seems like they are trying to cover for themselves.
and you clearly aren't paying attention now, or haven't paid attention in the past. this is the same thing they always do. Your own clip says 189 complaints, certainly all of those won't pan out, but what will happen is those investigations will stay open until its all over. That way they never have to admit to finding issues, because they haven't finished investigating "officially". Then what will happen is a couple years later the truth will come out, but by that point you will be trying to explain how the next fight will be different from the last time, and all the times before it. How many billions did we straight up lose during Iraq and Afghanistan? And you suddenly believe we have that wrapped up?
how many of those 189 are closed cases? How exactly would it be "fraud" for the DoD to accidentally overvalue a piece of equipment given to Ukraine through an aid program?
The whole point of the original post was the nonsensical statement that there is "zero oversight" to the aid going to Ukraine, which is demonstrably false.
189 complaints have been made, and so far no substantial instances of fraud or abuse have been found in the OIG investigations. You can start complaining when one of those investigations finds something worth noting.

Skynet mothaf###ers!That vid is insane.
War has changed forever.
And to think, drones are still really in their infancy.
Won’t help the remaining American support with this war…
Won’t help the remaining American support with this war…
I mean, the people who do support the war aren't the ones who are supporting the politicians causing this.
Colin is saying "the government" is causing the shutdown, what he should be saying is "radical republican's and an impotent McCarthy" is causing the shutdown.
My guess is he's purposefully obfuscating who is behind this to gin up misdirected outrage.
"But that just makes Russia stronger, bro" -- @volgrHavent seen command and control get wrecked so hard since the Battle of Little Big Horn (which I didnt actually see),
Makes sense..Trimming the fat amirite? Gotta get lean for all that Steven Seagal-esque Systema training the Russians do.."But that just makes Russia stronger, bro" -- @volgr
