They actually said there was no foul on the play and picked up the flag. Tennessee had to come back out and take a knee to end the game.
The suspensions are for the dead ball fight.

I’ve been thinking about this a lot with the Florida loss. The press keeps talking about this 20 year narrative when Florida lost to us last year.

Maybe I’m the only one but I just don’t give a **** about a streak or the carrier record vs each team. To me each game with each different team is its own championship. Who the current champion is is all that matters to me. Right now I’m thinking we lost the SoCar title to them last year. Next week we can win it back. We had the Florida title and we get a shot to win it back next season.

I guess I’m probably the only one who feels that way.

I had no idea what the length of those streaks were. I do enjoy watching the battle and enjoy the wins but I move on pretty quickly.

Yep, I liked those streaks. And that we have the longest winning streak against B*** than any other team.

"We did get some gracious calls," said Spurrier while discussing the game. "Some games you do, some games you don't. On one of those fourth-and-ones, they got up there real fast and the referee stopped the clock (after the ball was kicked by an official) and then we were able to get our big guys in, got in sort of a goal line defense and they left the same play on, so we had them for a two or three yard loss."
