The (many) indictments of Donald Trump

Hey @Weezer, I thought this was you at first. Sounded just like the faux moral equivalences you draw daily.

Funny how that fails to mention Ashley Biden's alleged diary entries about her father showering with her. You and @luthervol like to gloss over the alarming allegations against Biden and automatically dismiss them as false while believing every allegation against Trump. Always on and on about Trump, never acknowledging the questionable behaviors of Biden. You defend Biden just as Trumpers defend Trump. Same kind of blind following.

Both are horrible men IMO.

I think Trumpers support Trump and vote for him in the primaries. I don't think Trumpers incouraged others to use the 25th on Trump. So you have those differences.

If Biden can be proven guilty of a serious crime, then by all means go for it.

I don't think I have ever really defended anything Biden has done.

The diary thing...........pretty much nothing as it stands.

Trump is far more horrible than Biden.

I see you are embellishing again Hog. Speaking of things you don't know about. The Shoe fits wear it.

Excuse me, I left off the C (CJCs). The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs is not in the Chain of Command and he would not be developing op/battle plans. He wouldn't be approving or denying operations, he would have input but no authority over them.

The feds are targeting a top aide to former President Donald Trump, Susie Wiles, as part of U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Special Counsel Jack Smith’s investigation into the former president’s handling of classified documents.

Federal investigators have contacted Susie Wiles as part of the investigation following allegations that she viewed a classified map during a meeting at the Trump National Golf Club Bedminster post-presidency. According to reports, Wiles has “spoken to federal investigators numerous times.”

No Sysmantic discussion as he is the an advisor to the President and conveys downward to the services the President's desires. He is the Liasion officer. It is a bottom to top organizational structure with the CIC making the final decision.

So wait. These iran documents from the leaked audio are not even in the charges??? Lol there is legit no proof he was showing them...and does he referenced the new Yorker article regarding the docs...this is a nothing burger meant to taint the jury pool.

Iran memo not among the 31 records underlying charges in Trump federal indictment
1) For about the 10th time now .... The audio recording is referenced in the indictment. You should try reading it sometime. More charges may be coming.

2) The leaked audio recording, in conjunction with page 6 of the Meadows memoir, is proof that Trump showed classified documents to the people who were working on the Meadows book ... and they used information from the contents of those documents in the book. Trump even says "But this is classified," when describing what he is holding.

3) Both the recording and the book, specifically state that Trump is in possession of material that was given to him by the Department of Defense. No article from any publication is ever mentioned. Trump also specifically says that the pages that he is holding have not been declassified. That is a desperate and ridiculous defense.

4) We don't know for sure who leaked the recording ... but we do know that Trump has floated many different defenses out there ... It was bravado ... I was holding up articles ... None of them are consistent with each other, or congruous with the Meadows book, and what Trump can be heard saying on the audio recording.

Trump is guilty as sin of at least a few of those charges.

Not saying you are wrong ... because I don't know anything about this ... I was just repeating what Hugh Shelton said in an interview with Joe Scarborough of MSNBC. Shelton is a former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs.

... and I could have misunderstood what he was saying.

The memoir isn't proof. It's evidence. And that's a hell of lot different than proof.

Where in the memoir does it specifically State that he viewed the documents in Trump's hand atbthe time the audio was recorded??
It doesn't have to.

On page 6 of the Meadows memoir, it says that Milley gave those documents to Trump. On the recording, Trump says that the Department of Defense gave him those documents ... while incriminating himself further, by acknowledging that those documents are still classified material.

So, neither one of Trump's publicly stated defenses are credible.

The "I got that information from an article" and "It was bravado" defenses don't hold water, because both the memoir and his own recorded words contradict that. Trump says himself that he received those documents from the Department of Defense. That aligns with what is written on page 6 of the Meadows memoir as well.

So you have no actual proof he was holding those documents at that time this far correct???

1) If you don't want to read posts concerning Donald Trump, then you shouldn't be clicking on a thread with his name in the title.

2) If you don't want to read my posts, then you should put me on ignore.

Oh, my God ...

The proof is in how closely page 6 of the memoir and the audio recording align with each other. During the audio recording from July of 2021, Trump was speaking to a room of people who were working on the Meadows memoir. The content of what he said on the recording ends up being published almost verbatim in the memoir. Both the book and the memoir state that Trump was given those documents by the Department of Defense.

... and Trump says himself that those documents have not been declassified. All of his publicly stated defenses are contradicted by reading the memoir and then listening to the recording in conjunction with each other.

So ... you are dead wrong. I have had to repeat this like 10 times now.

Is there a excerpt directly saying he was holding those documents at the exact time of the audio,??? Yes or no....the memoir can imply whatever...it can confirm Trump had those documents, it can say he showed them to everyone but without a direct witness of that exact time the audio is a non issue .I'm sorry you hate trump so much that logic and innocent before proven guilty doesn't apply in your warped mind...

Nobody is as stupid as you are pretending to be.

1) There is an excerpt on page 6 of the Meadows memoir which says that Trump was given documents by Mark Milley (Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff) which describe an invasion of Iran.

2) On the audio recording, Trump tells people who are working on the Meadows memoir that the Department of Defense (which would obviously cover Milley) gave him these documents he is holding which concern an attack on Iran. Trump also states that these documents he is holding have not been declassified.

@whodeycin85 .... when he wakes up one morning and there is 2 feet of snow on the ground :

"It couldn't have snowed last night. I didn't see any snow falling. What is all of this white stuff then?"
