The (many) indictments of Donald Trump

I see Biden being constantly defended and protected from investigation despite signs of corruption. Look no further than the "Hunter Biden's laptop is Russian propaganda" story for proof. We have a man with dementia in the Oval Office, and I'm not sure who is really running the country. Trump is horrible and should never have been elected, nor should he be elected again. But whether you want to believe it or not, Biden is just as bad. And Dems are hanging from his nutsack, protecting him at all costs.

Hey @Weezer, I thought this was you at first. Sounded just like the faux moral equivalences you draw daily.

What????? "Lock her up" ring a bell?
Hell, it was a cornerstone of his campaign.

I'm still amazed repubs didn't see the obvious longterm harm of that chant.....they actually thought it was funny. Joke's on them.
A chant at a campaign rally is way different than what your side is doing. I sure hope it comes back around

They weren’t wrong.

I hope you are correct. As soon as repubs are collectively smart enough to run another Romney/Bush/McCain, we will know the nation was recovered from the Trump catastrophy and can once again start moving forward.
Two guys lost and another one put us in a 20 year war. Not sure we view politics the same. Democrats love a good war to keep going.

Trump is a liar and fraud but we're to believe him now (on audio)?
Veteran Reporter Points Out Key Passage in Mark Meadows Biography Undercutting Trump’s Latest Docs Defense

^^^^ This is why Trump is screwed. ^^^^

The people that Trump was speaking to on the audio recording were working on a Mark Meadows memoir. On page 6 of the Meadows memoir, this passage below is written and it matches up perfectly with the documents that Trump is heard describing on the audio recording.

"The president recalls a four page report typed up by Mark Milley himself. It contained the general's own plan to attack Iran, deploying massive numbers of troops, something he urged President Trump to do more than once during his presidency."

A multiple page report typed up by Mark Milley was exactly what Trump described he was holding on the audio recording. Basically, classified information was given to the people who worked on the Meadows book, and those people used it as source material.

Trump has no viable defense for this.

With the mail out voting, ballot harvesting and drop boxes I am afraid you are right
We will never see another Republican president. I am thinking we will not see another Republican house or senate either. Not that it matters. It may just speed up the economic and military disaster we have coming. What will be interesting is our nation’s response when it happens. My guess will be blaming someone else (Republicans, Trump, etc.) and they will want the government (which mostly caused the problems to begin with) to fix it. And these same people will be completely willing to surrender all of their freedom for a meal and for protection from the government which will promise both but cannot or will not provide either making slaves of us all. I hope to goodness I am wrong.

All this Trump news can’t simply be the media and Dem pitchfork brigade. There are issues abound from everywhere and he just lost a sexual assault case for $5M.

I don’t have a dog in this fight really as I think both sides are just awful and I don’t see the appeal that drives the tribal lines between the R’s and D’s. But with Trump especially, I think there was a lot of magnetism in how he pushed buttons on the left that they kept reacting to. Seems like no one really cared about his past or reactive and sometimes dangerous personality, he got under the skin of the left and that was good enough.

Am I off base here?

The smoking gun here is not just the audio recording...

It's page 6 of the Mark Meadows book, "The Chief's Chief," in conjunction with how it matches up with the documents that Trump is heard describing on the audio recording.

Trump can no longer claim that he was holding "articles, building plans or press clippings." He can also no longer claim that he was lying due to bravado. The Meadows book blows that defense away.

I don't think Trump has a defense now. He is guilty as hell ... what's so sweet about this, is how he so thoroughly incriminated himself.

Only solution is to split

One of the common reasons that I see for why Republicans like Trump so much, is that he "triggers the libs."

So, I don't think you're off base at all. They like his personality and combative nature. He is about to cost them another winnable election, however.

I think you are pretty spot on. He was a big middle finger to the left and that was the attraction for many......and it was also the obvious danger. If you flip enough people off, you're bound to get a variety of responses; some not so desirable.

Yeah yeah yeah .... more of the same redundancy posted again. Go find a day job.
