I think what he means is that it had been discussed here quite a bit in the past. But you weren't here at that time so it's natural you would ask why.

Not everyone that posts here is a 'fan'. Parents of players and even some that work within the AD post here so it's natural that when questions are asked sometimes they get answers. I think it's pretty natural for fans to be curious as to why a legacy player who was a starter and regular contributor left.

A ridiculous comment. If workers in the AD are posting in this forum, searching for answers to questions they probably already know, that would be telling. I wonder if the talk around the water cooler at the UTAD this week brings up this just as ridiculous comment from your lieutenant, Vol67. Bet hey, they want answers. Seriously??? Lawdy…..

I’ll forever be pissed at Taryan Mowatt and some of the other Arizona ladies on that team for what they posted on social media about Monica Abbott and other Lady Vols leading up to that championship. I’ll never root for Arizona/Caitlin Lowe in softball because of it.

Monica and Caitlin Lowe became very good friends from being on the Olympic team together but I remember that, too. Back in those days it was MySpace.

You seem to have misunderstood my comment by what I meant when I said people from the AD are here. I'm not going to explain it because it was pretty clear what I meant.

It's not a ridiculous comment. I've been here *a lot* longer than you and know *a lot* more about this place than you. But you've been here for all of two months so you're clearly the expert here. :eek:

Also Vol67 isn't my "lieutenant". I've called him out many times in the past. Again, if you had been here for longer than two months, you'd know that. If I agree with someone on something I agree, if I disagree I disagree. I don't hold grudges and keep pestering people with endless replies as they continuously ignore me over and over again, unlike you.

Interestingly, this board had been almost completely drama free until you showed up and started endlessly lecturing and nitpicking at people for no reason.

Crazy assumptions. Just because a person has only been posting for a “couple of months” doesn’t mean that they haven’t been observing for much, much longer. Drama free? Please. I’ll give you this much, you try to be relevant. If you aren’t pissing about one thing, you’ll take a step to the left or right and piss about another. We, or at least I get it. L You can’t stop tearing down other players from other teams. Umpires aren’t your friends. The NCAA and committees are not your friends. On and on. Just quit pretending that you possess some vast knowledge about everything Vols because honestly, you just don’t. Great that you’re a fan. Just wish now as irritating as it is at times, wish you were rooting for Bama.

Yeah it was real late in the game and they said Payton had only thrown 69 pitches. I thought wow. Like mentioned earlier Ashley wasn’t even that sharp. It is testament to how good she is.

"This may offend some here, but I've really grown to dislike A. Shipman. She never misses an opportunity to throw a little subtle jab at her former teammates. Don't know what happened during her time here, but she seems to have lot of pent up bitterness about it."

You won't have to see her much longer as she, Montana Fouts, Ashley Prange and numerous others on that Alabama team are Graduates or Seniors. I looked at their roster and there isn't a lot of younger players coming through whereas We have Brockenbrough (FR), Taylor (So), Pannell (Fr), Rodriguez (Fr) Pickens (Fr), and numerous others who are all younger contributors.

Yeah but they won the NC the following season. I think most fans more than forgave him after that.

There have been rumors around that program for a couple of years that his time in the dugout is short. I don’t know that I believe that, but with the number of seniors he has, maybe there is something to it.
