Wright is really good, but we are talking about 2X All-Americans, Outland Trophy recognition, and even Heisman Trophy votes (Bob Johnson). Yes......they are better.

Top 10…..for sure. But……

Suffridge is the only player in Tennessee history to be named an All-American three times, in 1938, 1939 and 1940.

Johnson was 2X named to the All-SEC and All-American teams in 1966 and 1967. In 1967, Bob also became the first true center to finish in the running for the Heisman trophy, where he finished sixth. Johnson would also be awarded the Jacobs trophy and named the SEC’s most outstanding lineman.

Steve DeLong …His career was highlighted by coming in eighth in the 1964 Heisman race and winning the Outland Award for Best Interior Lineman. 2X All- American

Davis was runner-up in the Outland Award, a consensus All-American, and awarded the Jacobs Blocking Trophy for best SEC lineman.

Kell was 2X All- American and 2X All- SEC…

Galbreath he garnered first-team All-SEC and first-team All-American honors as a senior in 1987. He also was awarded the prestigious Jacobs Award. He’s definitely Top 10, but I’d put Davis over him because of the Outland Trophy recognition…….petty, but that’s the difference between 4 and 5 or 5 and 6

I get it, but Johnny Majors once said that Galbreath was the best run blocker he had ever coached. He was criminally underrated.

Dont confuse Anthony Munoz with Michael. Anthony is one of the greatest OL ALL TIME went to USC. Michael (UT grad) was very good, but not in the UT Top 10, IMO. Trey Smith is EASILY top 5. He may have a HOF career. He's definitely on that path.

that would be the Sulllins twins and they filled a void when recruiting of OL was pitiful. Vols for Life and their hard work is much appreciated.
