The Allen shooting happened about two miles from my house. The mall in question is on the border of Allen/Fairview I live in Fairview. I actually haven’t been able to get a lot of info other than the shooter was dressed all in black, wearing a “vest”, and had at least a semi auto long gun.

Or you know the standard accessories of a whack job intent on killing but I guess that isn’t as cool a sound bite is it?

Supposed to be an update by local PD within the next few minutes. Very little info on the shooter yet other than this clearly was a planned incident.

No. I choose to not be shamed in allowing my rights to be eroded bc of your nonsense. You have a method to change our constitution. Use it or STFU. It's not a gun problem.

Nobody was “stacked” by any responders. The news chopper video had shown white sheets covering four victims in place where they fell right by the H&M / Express outlet stores

Then what is the problem? What measures can/should be adopted to prevent these random spree shootings from occurring on a regular basis?

Once again, you are only good at telling us what the problem isn't, and what shouldn't be done ... but you never offer any solutions of your own. You offer "thoughts and prayers," ... and the status quo.

I was referring to EL’s post describing “bodies blown apart” and “bodies stacked”. Just sensationalism.

So I guess it's not the fentanyl we need to curb either. We should be targeting the underlying reasons people take fentanyl. Cure that, and then there's no reason to focus on fentanyl interception. We can just leave it lying around.

Seems kind of a stupid argument, right? That's exactly how your "it's not a gun problem" argument sounds to 95% of the world.

I can’t believe I’m even engaging on this.

So do you have an idea that keeps “fentanyl” out of the hands of criminals while not infringing on the law abiding citizens constitutional rights to own “fentanyl”?

Yeah, he was all armored up, had a lot of magazines on him. I came across a video on twitter after he had been shot by the police. Looked like a hispanic male, the gun had fallen away from the body and was kind of hard to tell, but to me it looked like an AR.

Did you click on the link I posted? Under 5 year old kid with brains leaking out under the legs of a guy with half his face blown off, with another person under him. That seems to constitute a stack.

At some point, it would be nice to hear a solution offered from those opposed to gun restrictions, as to what to do to help prevent these random spree shootings from occurring on a regular basis. We only hear what shouldn't be done ... and the standard bull $hit rhetoric, "Our thoughts and prayers go out to the victims and their families tonight."

It makes it seem like right-wingers are either comfortable with the status quo ... or they simply don't have any solutions of their own.
