Is anybody saying that he isn't?

Based on his performance against Clemson and how he looks in practice, the only way Joe isn't the starter against Virginia is if he gets hurt during camp. Now, I think he'll have a fairly short leash, but there's no way he isn't the starter to begin the season.

No idea there, yeah it seems doubtful to me just because it’s really tough to do, but the staff 100% expects him to start but a lot of variables between now and then.
