I guess that a good real estate agent could be worth the money but I'm not forking over that kinda scratch when/if we decide to sell. Last 2 properties we purchased we did it without a realtor being involved and it went pretty smooth.

This is getting somewhat political, but more economic really.

Why did the 2009 housing crisis occur when people bailed? It is my assumption that most people who took loans did not pay the minimum 20% to avoid Mortgage Insurance.

I got both at the same time last month without problems. Seems like the arm with the super flu shot for seniors stayed sore a little longer, and I did feel a little less than the next day. Somehow I tend to dodge most stuff - didn't even get measles or mumps when my brothers and sister did. I'm not counting on great genes - just thinking more just good luck and maybe avoidance - who knows how all this works.

Have gotten the flu shot every year since 88 except for once a few years ago and I got the flu. This is the first time I’ve gotten the flu after getting the shot. It went through the whole family and I think the wife made it her mission to get me a dose.

Just checked the TV to make sure ESPN was streaming OK because I haven't watched since the Vandy game. Worked fine. But two comments, Who would ever want to play in the Pinstripe Bowl? And Syracuse and Minnesota are really bad - if that's the level of competition outside the SEC, it's amazing that SEC teams have lost bowl games this year - and Ole Miss really stunk it up. Kiffin seems to be a better motivator and BS'er than a coach - never know with opt outs what's what though.

Those are two decent teams. I don't think Syracuse's offense is consistent though but I thought they had a stout defense. I picked the Cuse to win but my pick isn't looking so good right now. It's been a rough couple of days with picks.
