So basically the research was not done and the blue eyes gave the AD pat summit chills as well as living in the past of kellie helping us win multiple titles overrode anything she did at NC State. The comment of how she struggled to lure difference-making recruits at NC state as the reason she got fired literally hit home for me and the LV's program i was hoping to re-emerge in the future. Right now the future looks terrible .....

Fulmer didn't do his research and was highly advised by those around him internally to hire a Lady Vol to keep a tradition/legacy as opposed to the best coach out there. And now instead of the second coming of the glory days, we are here on a rainy Tuesday at 5-5 in year 4.

No offense taken, didn't realize you chose to go the safe route. Being that you continued to follow my post. Not taking pot shots, but just a reminder when someone who wants to be the good guy calls other posters idiots or other words of choice such as toe lint (not your best one). Go Vols! Well I don’t think she is too nice. She has sat important players each of the last two years.
I think even talking about Kellie not being here is detrimental to the program so I won’t go there.
I would, however, say that I find coaches such as Jeff W. who treat their players so crudely, vulgar language, finger in the face etc. are an embarrassment to any school who hires them.

Exactly. She is fair but firm and sits players when she believes they deserve it whether it's a big game or not. It should send a message to players about fair play and being even handed.

You would be wrong if you believed I oppose honesty or opposing views. My posting history is wide open for anyone to see. Why isn't yours? I encourage everyone that's interested to look at my post history and make up their own mind. Can you say the same? Does your posting history paint a picture of a "white knight" or a confrontationist? You say realist. Okay but not everyone believes the same as you. Do you feel the need to convert them or shut them up? Please be honest with yourself.

I normally post alternative viewpoints when someone speaks what I believe is unreasonable, nasty and false about fans, coaches or players. I will call them out as I have you on several occasions. To be honest, that is why we are here now.

Your MO is to aggravate by choosing a poster then replying to each of their posts to counter what they posted. Some call that trolling when it becomes a personal issue rather than a sports discussion. It's certainly a nuisance so that is probably why certain posters do it. I will say it's pretty much a guarantee that I will respond when insulted as part of a confrontation as does everyone else here including the most self-righteous.

When posters call a player trash or worse, and continually berate coaching even when it was very good, then I will post a counter narrative when I want to. Sometimes I will "like" other posts which say what I was thinking just like you and Darth. Sometimes when repeatedly insulted, I dish it right back in a compact post. I don't mind standing up to bullying and confrontation.

I hope this clears things up. I hope I don't have to put you back on ignore as I said earlier. With your posting history, I feel the need to protect myself.

Not sure it does, because I've not gone the route of calling a "player trash or worse". As much as you follow my post should be able to verify that, so no need to associate my stance in that category. You can also go back if you choose to see who has tossed "insults" at the other and who advised the other to step away. My MO is our coach isn't very good, that's my MO. So we can agree to disagree....but to say stand up to bullying, you might want to revisit some of your tolerated messages to other posters, not just myself. You're not the good guy you want to portray, at least when we are losing. But Go Vols!

One person outside knew what was up with TK. And knows more than most of us on volnation about Jackson. ad Danny White. Kellie or key not blame slow start. They kept playing like last two games they make ncaa this year .

I know we as fans have been very disappointed with our ladies against good competition, however, building your team through the portal is not always easy. You might have lots of potential on paper but the coach may have issues getting that potential to come to fruition. That might include lack of chemistry, trying to make players work in your system when they come from another system, and a list of other things too numerous to list. The coach may lack the ability to effectively put the pieces together for the best results. However, we need to give KJH the benefit of the doubt and see if she can get this team together for a run in the SEC. I believe that many of us, including myself, saw the players on paper and the preseason ratings, and bought into the koolAide and thought this would be an easy piece of cake. Perhaps KJH bought into the same thing but now realize that she must change directions. To add to her headache one of the best shot blocking rim protectors is gone for the season. I say before we ask for KJH to be fired, let’s see how this thing pans out. There are a lot of games to be played before all is lost.

I would like to know why we are fighting among ourselves because of what someone chooses to post? This season is not going as we planned and certainly not how KJH planned. We should post what we think and not be castigated for our opinions or lower ourselves to name calling and low rating each other. We should also not get upset because someone disagrees with our opinion, as long as they are respectable.

Pretty simple. Coaching aside, if you want to compete on a National Stage, you MUST be able to recruit. Holly couldn't. Kelli Can't.
Both are not very good Coaches, players recruited were not up to par and you through in team lack of discipline, lack of structure and work ethic.....it comes up short!! You think Fulmer would allow a bad Coach to hang on in Football or Basketball Program? At the end of the day, the LV program gets the biggest slap in the face it could get since PS passing. The Admin at UT could care less.

Pretty simple. Coaching aside, if you want to compete on a National Stage, you MUST be able to recruit. Holly couldn't.

To everyone's surprise, Holly recruited very well right to the bitter end. Many McD AAs. Among her last recruits was Jordan Horston, the #2 player in her class. It was developing that raw talent into successful college players that bedeviled Holly. She just couldn't do it.

Kelli Can't.

Last spring's transfer portal begs to differ.

Can she coach them up better than Holly? No verdict on that yet. The trial is currently underway. I hope to hell she can for her and the program.
