I like plenty of Will Farrell movies, but I've never really liked Elf.

A good Christmas movie that most folks don't think about is Bad Santa...just don't let the kids watch it.

It’s lame

Watched it again with wife last night and realized it's a loose retelling of the Rudolph plot/theme. One of Santa's oddball helpers can't find his place. Goes on an adventure as a reject who's looking for his place. Adventures help him find himself. His oddness helps Santa fly his sleigh to save Christmas. Accepted in both worlds.
